A special 5 hour Self-Defense seminar/class will be taught to benefit the St. Vincent DePaul Foodbank and the Breakfast/lunch program for children. The location is Lozano's Martial Arts Studio at 2325 #3 Goliad RD, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., on Saturday, Aug. 02.

For Donations and cost of class please contact Guro Joel Morales at 210-317-9463. Class will focus on the Filipino style Martial Art, Imua Tamaraw Escrima-Kuntao. The style features stick fighting for self-defense and will include training drills and techniques.
