“Grease” is the word around Judson High School as the Theatre Department turns back the clock to the 1950’s with its production of this popular musical. Set in the fictional Rydell High School, this Tony-Award winning musical celebrates a time when the word “teenager” was brand new, bobby socks were in and poodle skirts were all the rage. Performances will be held at 7 p.m. today, Friday and Saturday in the main theater of the Judson Performing Arts Center on Schaefer Road. Tickets — reserved seats are $7, mezzanine seats are $5 — can be purchased at the PAC or by calling 945-1100 ext. 2020. Courtesy Photo |
