Interstate 10 - The driver of a teal Firebird traveling more than 100 mph was ticketed for speeding. His juvenile passenger was cited with a minor in possession of alcohol. Tuesday, May 22 10:46 a.m., 543mm W. Interstate 10 - A caller reported that the driver of a green Range Rover was weaving on the highway. Officers initiated a traffic stop and eyed an open bottle of vodka in the vehicle. After admitting to drinking, the man was taken into custody. 1:13 p.m., 539 mm Interstate 10 West - Officers assisted with traffic after a vehicle lost control and was stuck in the median. 10:23 p.m., 400 Rosewood - A white Dodge pick-up was located, identified by the name of the construction company on its doors. Living inside the apartment complex, the suspect, 33, was picked up by arresting officers. Wednesday, May 23 7:34 p.m., 31700 W. Interstate 10 - Officers arrested a man for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon after gunshots were heard by a caller. 9:32 p.m., 700 River Road - A woman, 40, was taken to Methodist Hospital after taking 13 tablets of an undetermined medication in a suspected suicide attempt. Friday, May 25 10:23 a.m., 1400 Blanco - A man, 46, was arrested for outstanding Bexar County warrants for theft by check and taken into custody. Saturday, May 27 8:13 a.m., 1200 South Main - Active Kendall County warrants for assault with bodily injury landed a man, 70, in jail. 11:26 a.m., 200 North Main - A man, 37, suffering from chest and arm pain was taken from his car to the Boerne Public Library to wait for EMS to arrive and transport him to the San Antonio Heart Hospital. Monday, May 28 11:37 a.m., 100 Shadywood - Outstanding Medina County warrants for failure to appear and driving without a license were a complaintant’s ticket to the slammer when he showed up at the Police Department disgruntled about unpaid mason’s work. He was arrested and taken to jail. KENDALL COUNTY Monday, May 21 8:41 a.m., 30300 W. Interstate 10, Boerne – A green Dodge Stratus was reported burglarized. 10:17 a.m., 200 Napa Ridge, Comfort – A generator was reported stolen. 12:09 p.m., 500 Waterstone Parkway, Boerne – A man told authorities he has issues with his teenage daughter. 1:46 p.m., 100 Clear Sky, Boerne – An HCV-positive man, 39, being arrested on warrants was attended to by EMS for breathing difficulty before being transported to jail. 6:06 p.m., 533mm W. Interstate 10, Boerne – An accident involving a PT Cruiser and a Ford F150 produced no injuries. 9:45 p.m., 200 Majestic Oaks Drive, Waring – A man reported his wife was possibly being “held against her will” by a 55-year-old female friend. 11:31 p.m., 800 Ridgewood, Comfort – Two men were detained after a fight turned physical. Tuesday, May 22 1:03 a.m., 200 Hill View Drive, Comfort – EMS attended to a woman, 26, with breathing difficulty. 7:42 a.m., 200 Meadow Lane, Comfort – A juvenile male was detained after he threatened his parents. 11:09 a.m., 200 Sky Line Drive, Comfort – After shots were heard, some Kendall County maintenance signs were discovered damaged. 11:18 a.m.., 100 Shane Lane, Boerne – A woman reported a deer keeps charging her and her neighbors. 2:25 p.m., 1000 FM1376, Sisterdale – After a complainant reported a man bathing in the river wearing only a shirt and turban, authorities assured her it was a religious ceremony. 4:10 p.m., 100 Pfeiffer Road, Boerne – An unknown subject placed a railroad timber across the road, apparently as an ersatz speedbump. 4:56 p.m., Chaparral Hill, Boerne – EMS attended to a man, 71, who may have suffered food poisoning. 5:48 p.m., 900 Turkey Knob Road, Boerne – A complainant reported a smoldering mulch pile next door, so it was extinguished by Boerne firefighters. 6:42 p.m., 100 Shane Lane, Boerne – A deer attacked her dog and then the neighbor and her dog, the complainant reported. 7:56 p.m., 100 N. Wagon Wheel Drive, Boerne – A caller had concerns about a neighbor’s suburban vehicle that had apparently sustained bullet holes. 11:03 p.m., 400 Ammann Road, Boerne – An unknown subject in a truck was reportedly driving down the road firing a high-powered rifle. Hwy. 46, Boerne – A motorcycle was reported stolen. 10:25 a.m., 100 View Point Drive, Boerne – A caller reported harassing cell-phone calls. 12:33 p.m., 100 Birch Road, Comfort – Two sheds were reportedly broken into. 12:48 p.m., Byron Drive, Boerne – Copper bars were reported stolen. 3:02 p.m., 1200 Pfeiffer Road, Boerne – Another railroad timber was reportedly placed across the road to impede the speed of drivers. 4:36 p.m., 200 FM1376, Boerne – A rancher reported a cow had been missing about a month. 7:49 p.m., 100 Arroya, Boerne – A small brush fire was reported. 9:43 p.m., 520mm E.
