Sunday, March 18 9:39 a.m., 200 Ivy – A ground-floor dweller criticized her upstairs neighbor for sweeping broken glass from the balcony, late-night noise and, possibly, for the vomit on her railing and plants. 10:06 a.m., 400 S. Main – After a man, 34, in a blue Chevy returned after leaving $45 in gas pumped and unpaid, another, 36, was arrested for a suspended license. 9:22 a.m., 800 Adler – A 2000 Maxima took a rock through the windshield, and a black Ford truck was burgled. 5:14 p.m., 800 Johns – A woman reported threats by her ex-boyfriend, 20. 6:57 p.m., 37100 W. IH-10 – A man, 28, was arrested for public intoxication. Friday, March 9 1:40 p.m., 29100 Tivoli Way – A woman reported that the front bumper and passenger-side wheel on her Cadillac Escalade had been damaged, but she didn’t know where or when. Saturday, March 10 6:50 p.m., 7900 Fair Oaks Parkway – An officer stopped a golf cart carrying four traveling against the flow of traffic. No one was old enough to have a driver’s license, so the cart’s owner – on teen’s father – was called. On arrival, Dad received a ticket for allowing an unlicensed driver to operate a motor vehicle on a public street. The 15-year-old driver around got a ticket, too, for operating a vehicle without a license. Monday, March 12 10 p.m., 29300 Old Fredericksburg Road – An officer was dispatched to help with a high water rescue, but Leon Springs VFD was already on the scene. 10:13 p.m., 7800 Silver Spur Trail – Another driver stuck in a low water crossing was advised to stay in his vehicle until rescue crews arrived – which they did a couple of minutes later. 10:25 p.m., 30100 Ralph Fair Rd. – With waves of thunderstorms hitting the area, officers had to close the road to traffic when water crested at the bridge at the Bexar-Comal County line. |
