A resident reported going to a Long John Silver in Leon Valley and finding a marijuana cigarette in the food bag. An officer took possession of the drug and contacted the Leon Valley Police Department.

Frightening threats
Feb. 3, 11 a.m. 5900 block of Hidden Dale
Woman states that her ex-boyfriend called her 25 to 30 times in one day. She says she has refused his calls and now he’s texting her, telling her “Remember what I told you when I left.” She says he was referring to his declaration that if he ever saw another car in front of her house that he was going to mess it up, and to watch out for her house, too.

Random threats
Feb. 2, 5 p.m.
11600 block of Rousseau
Woman says that her son received a threat from an unknown male. She said the caller called her son on his cell phone and said that he was going to do something to him and his family tonight. The woman said that her son told her it would be okay because he knows how to use his dad’s gun. The police advised the woman to tell her son not to take matters into his own hands and to call the police if he sees anything suspicious.
