Gunn Automotive this week announced additions to its management team with the selection of four new general managers for area Gunn dealerships.

Mark Hennigan was named general manager for the Gunn Honda store at 14610 Interstate 10 West at Loop 1604.

A graduate of the University of Texas, Mark began his career with Gunn in 1986 and most recently was the general manager of Gunn Acura before taking over the leadership position at Gunn Honda.

Gunn is welcoming back Eric Scott, the new general manager of Gunn Acura at 11911 Interstate 10 West at Woodstone Drive.

Scott returned to Gunn after joining the Group One Automotive where he was the general manager of Freedom Chevrolet for four years. Scott started his automotive career with Gunn Honda in 1994 and spent 14 years there. He is a graduate of Texas Tech.

Rob Sabom, a Houston native and Southern Methodist University graduate, is now the general manager of Gunn Nissan at 12838 San Pedro, situated at the confluence of Highway 281 at Bitters Road. Sabom previously served as general manager for Gunn Infiniti.

Derrick Alvis, originally from Richmond, Va., is now the general manager of Gunn Infiniti at 12150 Interstate 10 West. After serving

seven years in the U.S. Air Force, he began his career in the automotive industry in sales and worked for Asbury Automotive, one of the largest auto retailers in the U.S.

Alvis was the general manager of Gunn Pontiac/ GMC/Buick before moving to his new position at Gunn Infiniti.
