Seniors from McCollum and Harlandale high schools participated in the Salsa con Salsa competition at St. Philip’s College on Sept. 25. Accompanied by instructor, chef John Stewart, two Harlandale ISD teams competed against 11 other teams to see who could make the best salsa.
