Estella Eva Rust, nee Engel, age 89, died at her residence in Bergheim on Monday. She was born March 26, 1917, in Bergheim.

She is survived by her daughter, Rosann Zwonetschek, and husband, William, of Bergheim; son Ralph Rust; and grandchildren, Eric and Eileen Hagan, of Boerne.

She is also survived by her sister, Frances Mae Carey, of Boerne, and brother Stephen Engel and wife Barbara of San Antonio.

She was preceded in death by a son, Randolph Rust.

A rosary was recited on Tuesday, and a funeral mass was held on Wednesday, both at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Honey Creek. Burial followed in the St. Joseph Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the St. Joseph Catholic Church Landscaping Fund.
