Hill Country View - Hill Country View Obituaries - Roberts Wednesday, 28 February 2007 Master Sgt. Paul E. Roberts Master Sgt. Paul E. Roberts, U. S. Army, Ret., passed away Feb. 22. Born April 27, 1945, in Salem, Mass., he was the son of Donald and Dorothy Poitras Roberts. He served in the U.S. Army for 20 years serving in Ethiopia and at Fort Sam Houston. A resident of Boerne for more than 20 years, he retired from the U.S. Postal Service in 2005 after more than 20 years of service. Preceded in death by his parents and wife, Brenda, he is survived by his son, Michael Louis Roberts; grandchildren, Shane Paul Roberts, Courtney Lynn Roberts, Tristan Adamson and Kaitlyn Adamson; brother, Donald Roberts Jr. Visitation was Feb. 27 at Vaughan’s Funeral Home of Boerne. Graveside services will be held today at 1 p.m. at the Pence Cemetery in Baxter Springs, Kansas, with Pastor Ellen Herren officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Vitas Hospice, 5430 Fredericksburg Road, San Antonio, TX 78229.     < Prev   Next >
