The Boerne High School Tennis team won three events at the recent Judson/Clemens/Steele Open.

Shane Gearhart and Blake Melton won the first place consolation match in varsity B division boys’ doubles in three sets over a duo from Alice.

Brian Guerra and Taylor Toti took first place in the varsity B division mixed doubles with a straight set win over a team from Brownsville Hanna.

Michelle Andre and Katie Southall won the JV girls doubles main draw in straight sets over a team from Health Careers High School.

The Greyhounds host the Boerne Big 12 Tennis Tournament Thursday through Saturday featuring high school tennis teams from across the state.
