Upon her apprehension, she was able to secure funds through Western Union and was released. Sunday, April 22 5:01 p.m., 545mm Interstate 10 East – The female driver of a black Kia Sportage was arrested for DWI after being spotted driving on the shoulder of the road and failing three field sobriety tests. Fair Oaks RanchMonday, April 16 8:11 a.m., 30500 Keeneland – A man received a warning for speeding, but was arrested for driving with a suspended license and taken to the Kendall County jail for booking. 8:14 a.m., 29200 Seabiscuit – A resident having trouble breathing was treated by medics then transported to a hospital. 11:42 a.m., 30000 Cantor Circle – Investigating a 911 hang-up call, an officer found medics at the address caring for an elderly man who had fallen. The man was taken to a hospital for further treatment. 4:03 p.m., 7900 Rock Forest – A resident reported that when he took his two Labrador retrievers for a routine examination the vet said his dogs were being fed rat poison. He said his neighbor’s cat also had been poisoned. The information was turned over to the animal control officer for investigation. 4:08 p.m., 7800 Timber Top – An officer tended to a woman possibly having a heart attack before medics arrived and transported her to a hospital. 4:35 p.m., 7900 Rolling Acres – A woman said someone poisoned her cat sometime Saturday and her veterinarian had confirmed the animal had died of rat poisoning. She said she had no idea who could have done it.
