 Carmen Spencer The Phyllis Browning Company announces the addition of Carmen Spencer as a sales associate. Spencer is located in the company’s north central office and specializes in the sale of residential real estate. Spencer, who received her real estate license in 2005, is a multi-million dollar producer, focusing primarily on luxury homes, estates and ranch properties throughout the San Antonio area and assisting custom builders and developers with property acquisitions. Prior to becoming a realtor, Spencer served as manager of the law firm of Hill, Jenson, Even, Crandall & Wade in Irvine, Calif., before becoming director of fundraising and special events for the College of Medicine and UCI Hospital at the University of California-Irvine. She also worked for Saddleback Church as director of women’s ministry and special events. A fifth-generation Californian and native of Orange County, Spencer received a bachelors degree in political science and pre-law from California State University in San Diego and attended law school at Western State University in Irvine, She is a member of the San Antonio Board of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors In addition to her professional memberships, Spencer is active in her community, serving as a member of the Dominion Country Club’s Women’s Forum and as a volunteer with the Boerne Education Foundation and the Ronald McDonald House.
