Blanco - A woman, 21, was arrested for Comal County warrants for theft and was taken to the Kendall County jail. 5:13 p.m., Oak Park and Frey - Four juveniles were detained for attempting to steal temporary stop signs. Thursday, May 3 12:22 a.m., 100 E. Bandera - Officers assisted with an out of control female MHMR patient engaged in a verbal dispute. 10:32 a.m., 100 Saddle Club - EMS transported a woman, 74, who complained of pain on her right side to Methodist Hospital. 1:26 p.m., 543mm E. Interstate 10 - Officers had to control traffic when the driver of a motor home had difficulty turning around on the access road, blocking the roadway. 3:17 p.m., Blanco and Harz - A resident reported political signs were impairing the visibility of vehicles turning onto Blanco. Officers contacted the property owner and the signs were removed. 4:00 p.m., 100 Old San Antonio - Officers responded to a three-car accident involving a white Jeep Liberty, a black Ford pickup and a white GMC Jimmy that left no injuries but some property damage. 8:14 p.m., Scheicher and School streets - Officers questioned a suspicious man, 32, who said he was lost and looking for family services. It was determined he had outstanding Bexar County warrants for theft and was taken to Kendall County Jail. 9:37 p.m., 543mm E. Interstate 10 - During a traffic stop, officers arrested a man, 38, for driving with no license or insurance. Friday, May 4 9:12 a.m., 400 Bandera - Officers assisted EMS technicians when a cook passed out in the kitchen and was given a courtesy ride to his residence. 9:26 a.m., 200 Doeskin - Police officers assisted the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office and the DEA to carry out a search warrant for illegal drugs. 6:09 p.m., 100 Roeder - A caller reported that an unidentified blonde female, about 150 lbs., 5’5” driving a mid-sized SUV tried to talk a child into her vehicle. When she was spotted by the caller, the woman drove off. Saturday, May 5 1:34 p.m., 37000 W. Interstate 10 - A caller reported her black GMC XL Yukon was burglarized. 6:46 p.m., 100 Calk - An 99-year-old man fell, possibly breaking his hip. Officers assisted until EMS arrived. Sunday, May 6 12:34 a.m., Blanco and Main - Officers initiated a traffic stop and issued citations to a 19-year-old female for a minor DUI and a 20-year-old male for consumption of alcohol by a minor. 1:13 a.m., 31000 W. Interstate 10 - A woman, 31, was arrested for possession of cocaine and transported to jail. 9:04 a.m., 37000 W. Interstate 10 - Officers responded to a call for a stolen vehicle. 1:36 p.m., 600 W. Bandera - A man, 24, who suffered abdominal injuries in a motorcycle accident was transported to University Hospital. 5:22 p.m., 400 Turner - A woman, 58, possibly experiencing a stroke or heart attack, was transported by ambulance to Santa Rosa Northwest. Kendall County Monday, April 30 2:23 p.m., Zinfandel, Comfort – An air-conditioning unit was reported stolen. 2:46 p.m., 200 Rolling View Drive, Boerne – Officers and emergency personnel reported to the site where a 44-year-old man, Thomas Summers III, had disappeared into a cave. His body was recovered shortly after 9 p.m. Tuesday, May 1 4:28 a.m., 200 W. Hwy. 46, Boerne – A tan Toyota Corolla caused damage to a fence. 12:38 p.m., FM474 and Kreutzberg, Boerne – EMS transported a man with a tile-saw-injured leg to University Hospital. 3:08 p.m., 30600 W. Interstate 10, Boerne – Spare tires were reported stolen. 3:27 p.m., Cascade Caverns Road, Boerne – A man reported his vehicle’s window was shot out as he was driving. 4:34 p.m., FM3351 and Waterstone, Kendalia – A gas truck hit a bus’ mirror, causing cuts to both the bus driver and the gas truck’s passenger. 6:10 p.m., 400 FM1376, Boerne – A vehicle was reported burglarized. Wednesday, May 2 5:49 a.m., 100 Wood Crest, Boerne – A man, 63, succumbed to an asthma attack. EMS responded to the scene, but he could not be revived. A justice of the peace pronounced the death. 10:14 a.m., 29800 E. Interstate 10, Boerne – An 18-wheeler collided with a minivan, but no injuries were reported. 12:18 p.m., 300 High St., Comfort – An elderly woman fainted, striking her head. She was transported by EMS to Hill Country Memorial Hospital. 6:43 p.m., 100 Cascade Caverns Road, Boerne – A vehicle drove into a ditch but caused no injuries. 10:43 p.m., 300 Marquardt, Sisterdale – A 10-55 occurred in a white Chevy pickup. 7:59 p.m., 100 Meadow Lan,e Comfort – A bike was reported stolen. 11:39 p.m., 30300 W. Oak Bluff Blvd., Boerne – A vehicle was reportedly struck in the night. 5:18 p.m., 200 N. Interstate 10, Boerne – A semi struck the side of a red Honda, but no injuries were reported. Sunday, May 6 3:01 a.m., 100 Ten West, Boerne – A woman reported a man attempting to get in her front door, and he was arrested after a responding officer noted he had wrecked his silver Chevy Blazer at Allen Road. 10:52 a.m., 500 W. Hwy. 46, Boerne – A travel trailer jackknifed in the roadway. 11:36 a.m., 100 July Lane, Boerne – EMS attended to a man, 67, with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. 10:39 p.m., 100 N. Wagon Wheel Drive, Boerne – EMS attended a man, 46, with numbness in his right arm and leg. Fair Oaks Ranch Friday, April 27 11:20 a.m., 7286 Dietz Elkhorn Road – A set of keys found in the parking lot were turned in at the police station. 6:15 p.m., 31200 Ralph Fair Rd. – A northbound white Suburban with a boat in tow reached its destination without a barbecue grill because it fell off and struck the side of a southbound green Honda. The driver was okay, damage to the vehicle was minor and an officer provided a blue form for the insurance claim. 7:10 p.m., 29000 Dapper Dan Drive – A woman having an allergic reaction to medication was assisted by an officer and medics before being transported to a hospital for treatment. 9:45 p.m., 8200 Pimlico Lane – An officer and first-responders helped an man, 81, who had fallen when his hip gave out. He said he was fine, that it had happened before and he didn’t need to be taken to a hospital. Saturday, April 28 12:29 p.m., 7700 Battle Intense – A bike rider who crashed after hitting a curb was taken to a hospital for treatment of injuries. Sunday, April 29 3:20 p.m., 7400 Keeneland Drive – A driver was cited for a traffic violation while his two passengers were ticketed for the open containers of alcohol they had. 9:50 p.m., 30200 Fairway Run Drive – Responding to a report of a recklessly driven green pickup, an officer discovered that three residents had stopped the 16-year-old driver because they had seen him speeding through the area and wanted to talk to him about it. The officer, who told the residents he couldn’t ticket the teen based on their observations, cautioned the young driver to observe the speed limit and drive more carefully. Monday, April 30 1:30 p.m., 8800 Rolling Acres Trail – A mailbox was damaged when it was struck by a green minivan, according to people working on the property, but the vehicle had left the area. 9:26 p.m., 7900 Dietz Elkhorn – A driver stopped for speeding was surprised to learn his driver’s license had been revoked because a fee hadn’t been paid. He called a friend to pick him up and left with a speeding ticket and advice to get his license renewed. His vehicle, which he said would be taken care of by his ex-wife in the morning, was left in a nearby parking lot. Tuesday, May 1 4:25 p.m., 7200 Fair Oaks Parkway – A trailer slipped its hitch and narrowly missed hitting a woman nearby before careening into a traffic sign. The woman, uninjured, said the driver of the green truck pulling the trailer stopped and asked her if she was okay while his passenger hitched the trailer back in place. Wednesday, May 2 1:29 a.m., 30900 Ralph Fair Road – What appeared to be an abandoned vehicle in the fire station parking lot turned out to be a temporary refuge for the 18-year-old asleep in the back seat. He said he and his parents had a disagreement and he left to avoid any further confrontation. He also explained he was tired and thought it best to park the vehicle. The officer told him there was no problem staying overnight where he was, but advised him it might be best to go back home as soon as possible. 9:05 p.m., 8300 Rolling Acres Trail – A driver, who said she should have pulled over because of the heavy rain, missed her street and ended up sliding off the road. She was not hurt. A wrecker took her and the vehicle home. 9:19 p.m., 7200 Saddle Pass – A 75-year-old woman who had fallen was assisted by first-responders and AMR medics before being taken to Methodist.
