3:15 p.m., 200 North School St. - An 87-year-old with a 100-degree temperature was transported to St. Luke’s Baptist Hospital. 4:12 p.m., 539mm Interstate 10 East - A vehicle flipped over at Ranger Drive near Ingram Ready Mix. Firefighters extracted the driver from the wreckage while police assisted with traffic control until county officials arrived. 6:13 p.m., 400 W. Bandera- The driver of a maroon Ford F150 pick-up left the H-E-B gas pump before paying the $20 fee. 6:37 p.m., 200 S. Main - The driver of a gray 4X4 black bottom Ford F250 pick-up took off without paying for $22.45 of fuel. Tuesday, May 15- 12:09 a.m., 100 Crosspoint - After falling on the bathroom floor and hitting her head, a woman, 90, was transported to St. Luke’s Hospital.
Wednesday, May 16 10:37 a.m., 100 S. Main - More than weeds were uprooted during yard work behind the FiserveHealth Building when a purse, reported stolen during the May 12 Market Days, was uncovered by a riding lawnmower. The purse was turned over to the investigations unit of the Police Department and returned to its owner. 3:39 p.m., 200 W. Lohman - Children left unattended got out of hand, disengaging the gear-shift of a 1995 Ford Explorer, which rolled into a parked Ford Camry. The non-injury fender bender resulted in a citation for lack of insurance. 5:10 p.m., Plant and Blanco – A green Cherokee collided with a city utility pole. Officials for the city and Verizon Wireless were called on as a precaution to check out electric and cable lines after the non-injury accident. 8:54 p.m., 1200 S. Main - A woman, 36, was arrested and taken to jail for outstanding Kendall County warrants for harassment. Thursday, May 17 1:53 p.m., 1400 E. Blanco - Outstanding Medina County warrants had a 49-year-old on law enforcement’s radar screen. The warrants for driving while intoxicated and failure to appear before a judge landed the man in the Kendall County Jail. 2:06 p.m., 1400 E. Blanco - A 27-year-old man recognized by officers as wanted for outstanding Bexar County warrants was arrested and taken to Kendall County Jail. Friday, May 18 3:30 a.m., 400 W. Bandera - A Hill Country taxi cab customer who refused to pay her fare was arrested for public intoxication. 7:06 p.m., 900 N. Main - Broken glass and a smashed bullet casing on the ground of a parking lot were reported by a caller. Officers investigated and found no property damage. 8:56 a.m., 200 Ryan - An 81-year-old man in hospice care died of natural causes after suffering from Alzheimer’s disease. 11:33 p.m., 1000 N. Main - Outstanding warrants for traffic violations, possession of marijuana and a controlled substance were a 22-year-old woman’s ticket to the Kendall County Jail. Main - With a tank full of $60.01 in gasoline, the driver of a white truck took off without paying. 9:28 p.m., 34000 Interstate 10 - A 29-year-old driver of a white Ford pick-up from San Antonio was arrested for driving while intoxicated. Sunday, May 20 6:11 p.m., 400 Johns Road - Police officers assisted the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office in breaking up a fight among team members. Two previous incidents were heated yelling matches. Hwy. 87, Comfort – Damage to a pipe fence was reported. 5:18 p.m., 100 Hawk Drive, Alamo Springs – After a suicidal woman, 55, with “alcohol problems” was reported vomiting, lethargic and refusing to get out of bed after three hours of attempts to rouse her, she was disarmed and transported to Methodist Specialty and Transplant Hospital. 7:17 p.m., 400 Walnut Way, Boerne – A woman reported thefts from her house by her soon-to-be ex-husband. Sunday, May 20 1:48 a.m., 1000 FM1376, Sisterdale – EMS attended to a man with a history of heart problems. 8:56 a.m., 100 North View Drive, Boerne – A vehicle was reported stolen. 3:40 p.m., 100 Hein Road, Waring – EMS attended to injuries resulting from a rollover accident. 5:20 p.m., 100 Independence, Comfort – EMS transported a child, 8, with abdominal pain to Sid Peterson Memorial Hospital. 6:11 p.m., 400 Johns Road, Boerne – A fight among team players was partially physical, mostly verbal. Fair Oaks Ranch Wednesday, May 2 1:29 a.m., 30900 Ralph Fair Rd. – What appeared to be an abandoned vehicle in the fire station parking lot turned out to be a temporary refuge for the 18-year-old asleep in the back seat. He said he and his parents had a disagreement and he left to avoid any further confrontation. He also explained he was tired and thought it best to park the vehicle. The officer told him there was no problem staying overnight where he was, but advised him it might be best to go back home as soon as possible. 9:05 p.m., 8300 Rolling Acres Trail – A driver, who said she should have pulled over because of the heavy rain, missed her street and ended up sliding off the road. She was not hurt. A wrecker took her and the vehicle to her residence. 9:19 p.m., 7200 Saddle Pass – A 75-year-old woman who had fallen and injured herself was assisted by first-responders and AMR medics before being taken to Methodist Hospital for evaluation and treatment. Thursday, May 3 9:20 a.m., 2900 Jodhpur Dr. – A theft was reported. 6 p.m., 8600 Connamara Dr. – An 18-year-old explained he and his girlfriend, also 18, had been arguing so he asked her to leave his house. She refused but apparently got the hint when he called police because she wasn’t there when an officer arrived to investigate. Friday, May 4 3:15 a.m., 29400 Ralph Fair Rd. – A driver stopped for a traffic violation was arrested for driving while intoxicated after he had considerable difficulty remembering and carrying out instructions during the field sobriety test. His two passengers, deemed in no better condition than the driver, called a relative and a friend to pick up them and the vehicle.
