Those who feel up to the challenge to “get fit” this summer are invited to sign up for the MPT Fitness Challenge, a four-week “Fitness Boot Camp” sponsored by Motivational Personal Training.

MPT’s Fitness Boot Camp gets under way July 2 and runs three days a week during the month of July. Participants will meet from 6-7 a.m. every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at Blossom Park at Heimer Road and Brook Hollow Drive.
