7:50 p.m., 543 mm Interstate 10 West - Two vehicles collided, causing minor injuries.

9:07 p.m., 35000 Interstate 10 West - Firecrackers and smoke bombs were reportedly thrown from a black truck.

9:27 p.m., 100 Green Meadows - Emergency technicians were called to the aid of an 18-year-old suffering from a painful sunburn made itchy by lotion.

10:22 p.m., 900 S. Main - When the driver of a blue Buick was stopped for an expired registration, K-9 noses picked up the scent of an illegal substance behind the seat and in the trunk, resulting in an arrest for possession of marijuana.

11:06 p.m., 100 Ebensberger - A resident reported an unusually loud noise to police officers, who discovered a nearby resident hurriedly replacing his front door in anticipation of oncoming rains.

Tuesday, July 3

4:25 a.m., 1100 S. Main - An alarm alerted police to the scene of a burglary where front windows of a business were broken.

5:14 a.m., 35000 Interstate 10 West - A man, 46, whose ex-wife told police that he was experiencing seizures from detoxification, was treated by emergency technicians. The man reported that he was having an anxiety attack.

11:41 a.m., 400 Oak Park - When officers ran a check on a gray Dodge Ram, it was discovered that the 23-year-old driver had been denied license renewal. He was arrested for driving with an invalid license and possession of marijuana.

2:09 p.m., 538mm Interstate 10 West - An accident between an 18-wheeler and a vehicle resulted in property damage with no injuries.

5:57 p.m., 300 Deer Creek - Two baby deer left alone by their mother was a home-owner’s reason for calling on police, who ran them off the property.

6:47 p.m., 400 W. Bandera - A woman’s wallet was stolen from her purse at HEB.

9:10 p.m., 100 Whisper Way - A man was transported to the Kerrville State Hospital after repeated calls to police and an assessment by MHMR.

10:05 p.m., 400 W. Bandera - A gas drive-off was reported after a customer whose credit card was declined never returned to pay with cash.

11:16 p.m., 200 Latigo - A homeowner’s car was egged.

Wednesday, July 4

4:07 a.m., 1400 S. Main - A large rock was thrown through the window of a business where thieves stole numerous phone accessories.

6:55 a.m., 100 Glade - A woman, 78, was transported to North Central Baptist Hospital after falling during the night and injuring her back.

8:30 p.m., 100 Sharon - Police were called to the scene of a domestic disturbance.

8:46 p.m., 100 Cedar - A warning for possession of fireworks was given to a man who was reported by a neighbor for illegally displaying fireworks within the city.

9:17 p.m., 600 Rosewood - A caller reported a party of underage drinking, excessive noise and drug-use.  Investigating officers questioned the resident who was the only one at his party.

8:58 p.m., 600 N. Main - The driver of a white truck struck and injured a deer, which was taken to Wildlife Rescue.

Thursday, July 5

2:57 a.m., 700 River - A woman, 40, was transported to Methodist Hospital with a fast heart rate after reporting that she felt she was going to pass out.

10:36 a.m., 1300 S. Main - A gas drive-off in the amount of $59.68 was reported from July 2.

12:45 p.m., 1000 River - A man was arrested and taken to jail for bond forfeiture of a Kendall County warrant for driving with an invalid license.

1:55 p.m., 1200 N. Main - A 2000 Chevy Blazer was repossessed.

2:26 p.m., 100 Bandera - Officers assisted emergency technicians after two vehicles collided, causing minor injuries.

10:49 p.m., 700 River - A man, 30, was taken to Sid Peterson Hospital with a severe headache and pain in his arm.

5:03 p.m., 1400 S. Main - A previously stolen cell phone was brought in for activation to the Cellular One store from which it was taken.

5:42 p.m., 300 S. Brackenridge - Prescriptions were stolen from a resident who told police that the thief was no intruder, but the friend of her daughter.

6:31 p.m., 100 W. Bandera - After being rude to cashiers and refusing to leave, a Wal-Mart customer was told by the manager that he was no longer welcome in the store.

Friday, July 6

2:17 a.m., 1000 N. Main - A walk-in to the EMS station after a disturbance at the Paradise Bar parking lot resulted in a citation for consumption of alcohol by a minor.

6:40 a.m., 100 Richter - Code Compliance was notified for a possible ordinance violation after officers were called on to investigate a noisy generator.

Monday, July 2

7:34 a.m., 100 Roadrunner Circle, Boerne – A vehicle was reported burglarized.

9:31 a.m., 100 Ammann Road, Boerne – A man wanted an officer to do a walkthrough since someone had turned on the fans, and it wasn’t he.

6:37 p.m., 529mm E. Interstate 10, Comfort – A vehicle struck a dog.

12:44 p.m., 300 Remington Drive, Bergheim – A woman reported her neighbor was conducting rooster fights.

2:43 p.m., 100 Independence, Comfort – Unspecified criminal mischief was perpetrated at the Cypress Creek Grill.

Tuesday, July 3

12:58 p.m., 524mm E. Interstate 10, Comfort – After a two-vehicle accident, EMS attended to one party with back pain.

5:07 p.m., Cordillera Trace and Indian Bluff, Boerne – A vehicle wrecked in a ditch, but no injuries were reported.

6:24 p.m., 100 Sabine Road, Boerne – Someone broke through an electric gate and made off with the electronics.

8:49 p.m., 100 S. FM3351, Bergheim – A Honda Civic skidded off the road.

9:52 p.m., 500 Oakridge, Boerne – A man reported being assaulted by his sister-in-law.

10:17 p.m., 200 W. View Point Drive, Boerne – Youths were reported shooting fireworks at cars.

11:08 p.m., 200 Hidden Lake Drive, Bergheim – A 26-year-old female who had overdosed on pills and was unconscious and breathing shallowly was transported to Methodist Hospital in critical condition.

Wednesday, July 4

8:31 a.m., 100 Ranger Drive, Boerne – A vehicle that had driven through a resident’s yard left behind some of its parts.

10:41 a.m., 100 Sharon Drive, Boerne – A man with hypotension was transported by EMS to North Central Baptist Hospital.

12:52 p.m., Highway 27 and Main Street, Comfort – EMS attended to a man, 70, who had fallen.

6:02 p.m., 39500 W. Interstate 10, Boerne – An intoxicated-sounding man reported the burglary of his mini-storage unit, and he suspects an ex-girlfriend.

5:59 p.m., 533mm W. Interstate 10, Boerne – A red Ford Escape hydroplaned off the road.

8:30 p.m., 100 Sharon Drive, Boerne – A woman reported that a large fight involving 10 people, but her husband took her phone away because his family was involved in the fracas and he didn’t want the police to come.

8:51 p.m., 100 E. View Point Drive, Boerne – A woman reported that subjects in a white car parked across the street threatened her son.

Thursday, July 5

0:06 a.m., 200 Meadow Lane, Comfort – A caller reported her son, 16, was harassed by a carful of juveniles in a 2007 red Impala, and one put a gun to his face. (It was not known whether it was a toy or a firearm.)

7:32 a.m., Nollkamper Road, Boerne – An electric gate was reported damaged.

9:25 a.m., 100 N. Wagon Wheel Drive, Boerne – EMS attended to a woman, 65, in diffuse pain with a possibly broken hip.

10:49 a.m., Ernst Road, Boerne – A gate’s keypad was smashed.

12:16 p.m., Scenic Bluffs, Boerne – Construction materials were reported stolen.

12:19 p.m., Ranger Creek and Oak Acres Lane, Boerne – Illegal dumping was reported.

1:25 p.m., 10000 Johns Road, Boerne – A collision occurred between a Lexus and a construction truck.

7 p.m., 100 Flat Rock Creek Road, Comfort – EMS attended to a woman, 72, who was alert and conscious but unresponsive.

7:06 p.m., 200 Hillview Drive, Comfort – A vehicle’s window was reported broken.

10:56 p.m., 100 Trophy Drive, Bergheim – A woman reported her 17-year-old daughter had run away.

Friday, July 6

9:44 a.m., FM3351 and Highway 46, Bergheim – A three-car accident resulted in no apparent injuries.

11:04 a.m., Nollkamper Road, Boerne – An electronic gate’s keypad was reported damaged.

1:25 p.m., 100 Timber Trail, Boerne – A 9-year-old girl with cerebral palsy was transported to Methodist Hospital by personal vehicle.

2:12 p.m., FM289, Comfort – The theft of unspecified services was reported.

7:02 p.m., 1400 S. Main, Boerne – A man, 28, who was reported having stolen from the store the previous week, was detained for questioning.

7:47 p.m., 1000 Clubs Drive, Boerne – A woman who was hit by a white pickup pulling a trailer reported hip and knee injuries. The complainant said the truck driver didn’t know it had happened.

7:52 p.m., 100 Canyon Circle, Boerne – A vehicle was reported burglarized.

Saturday, July 7

7:41 p.m., Highway 87, Comfort – A family disturbance in which an 18-year-old was reportedly on drugs resulted in her arrest.

8:17 p.m., 300 Kendall Parkway, Boerne – A woman, 19, with seizures was transported by EMS to Methodist Hospital.

Sunday, July 8

5:14 a.m., Mill Dam Road, Comfort – A fire was reported inside a house in which the gas line had ruptured. Comfort firefighters were called to the scene.

2:44 p.m., 100 Whitworth Road, Boerne – A blue Malibu was in a minor accident.

6:11 p.m., Olivia Circle, Boerne – A woman reported her son, 19, missing after he failed to show up at his job at McDonald’s.

9:54 p.m., Front Street and Highway 27, Comfort – A two-car accident involving a gold Chevrolet Cavalier and a red Mercury resulted in no injuries.

4:32 a.m., 1000 Johns Road, Boerne – EMS attended to a woman, 83, with a possible myocardial infarction.

FAIR OAKS RANCH

MONDAY, JULY 2

9:44 a.m., 7700 Dietz Elhorn Road – The on-site supervisor of a construction project reported a 2005 black utility trailer, which belongs to Slabco Inc. of Boerne, stolen. The trailer was valued at almost $4,000 and the materials on it at $200.

7:01 p.m., 7900 Fair Oaks Ranch Parkway – After skateboarders were reported, an officer who found one juvenile with a skateboard, advised the youth, 13, that if he was doing it on the deck of the country club, he should desist.

7:35 p.m., 8800 Fair Oaks Ranch Parkway – A resident and driver reported the operator of a blue Ford F150 bearing a certain license plate number had thrown a firecracker or other exploding device from the driver’s side onto the roadway. While she had veered and avoided any damage, the woman said she believed it could have caused damage if she hadn’t swerved. After she tried to follow the truck, it sped off and evaded her, she said. Officers ran the plate number and found it registered to a resident on Fairway Run Drive.

8:02 p.m., 30400 Fairway Run Drive – A young man reported a physical altercation with his father after the son wanted to set off fireworks in the backyard and his father wouldn’t let him. He said his father tried to destroy his fireworks at which point the physical altercation began. His father got “in his face,” he said, and he pushed his father down. The father got up and punched the caller in the chest and pushed him down, he said, and he left the location after being locked out by his father. The complainant refused to come to the police department to give a statement or have his injuries photographed.

8:08 p.m., 30200 Fairway Run Drive – A resident reported the driver of a green Ford F150 speeding down his street, on which the alleged perpetrator also lives, and that when he stepped into the street and raised his hand in an effort to get him to slow down, the driver flipped him the middle finger and accelerated.

8:25 p.m., 8000 Flagstone Hill Drive – Responding to a complain of an intoxicated person passed out on a resident’s couch, officers removed the man and his vehicle. The resident said the man had been involved in an earlier incident in San Antonio with the woman with whom he was living. The SAPD was reportedly investigating the incident, in which the sumject used his vehicle to ram the woman’s, but she wasn’t pressing charges. She did not want him to return home, however, so the resident arranged for the man to stay at the Holiday Inn in Boerne.

9:10 p.m., 30200 Fairway Run Drive – A resident called to say he had detained the driver of a blue BMW M3 for speeding. He said the community of Fairway Run was upset and hoped to see more action from the “force.”

10:36 p.m., 31100 Meadow Creek Trail – An 18-year-old reported his parents were arguing, but upon calling back the mother said it was merely a verbal dispute over their daughter, who was out later than expected, and that when her husband tried to walk past her as she stood in his way, her knee popped, causing her son to dial 9-1-1. The upshot, she said, was that they were upset with their daughter, not each other.

Tuesday, July 3

2:25 a.m., 7900 Fair Oaks Parkway – Officers on foot patrol at the country club pool espied three topless girls, ages 15 to 16, wearing only underpants, and two boys, ages 16 and 17, one wearing underpants and the other nude. The youths were ordered from the pool and instructed to put their clothes on. After the subjects IDs were run through dispatch and found to be clear, he 17-year-old was released and the rest were released to their parents.

4:37 a.m., 30300 Fairway Run Drive – A father reported his son threatened, via cell phone, to commit suicide by taking pills.

9:55 p.m., 30300 Fairway Run Drive – After officers spent most of a day attempting to trace a suicidal son’s calls and track him down, the father reported his son was returning home and was lo longer in a suicidal state.

Wednesday, July 4

6:49 p.m., 7300 Silver Spur Trail – A patrolling officer saw two juvenile males, 11 and 13, shooting off fireworks inside the city, he advised them it was against city ordinance.

Friday, July 6

4:45 p.m., 7500 Dietz Elkhorn – AMR transported a man, 60, with chest pain to Methodist Hospital.

5:10 p.m., 29300 Ridgeview Trail – After an elderly woman reported juvenile males horsing around on Summit Ridge, an elderly man told the investigating officer that they were just kids being kids. However, as the officer was about to leave, he was waved own by another elderly man who reported that the kids were being too loud and, when he told them to behave, one of the boys pulled his shorts down and told him to “Look at this.” The main also said that girls hanging around with the boys were “in bloom” and wearing shorts that were too short. The officer was unable to locate the youths.

6:37 p.m., 29700 High Eschelon – Responding to a report of individuals hitting holfballs onto the golf course from the roof of their residence, the investigating officer advised a young man, 15, whose friends had already gone home, that such activity was not only a distraction to those playing on the golf course, but they could injure someone.

Saturday, July 7

1:07 a.m., 30500 Keeneland – On patrol, an officer observed a small campfire burning in the center of the playground at the homeowners’ park and saw several subjects run away. Speaking to the five male subjects remaining – ages 14 to 16 from Fair Oaks Ranch, Boerne and Sisterdale – one of whom was the subject from a previous rooftop golfing incident, he was told that the latter’s father had kicked them out of the house and they built the small fire after becoming cold. The fire was extinguished, and the youths were told to return to clean up the area. All five were released to the father’s custody.

Sunday, July 8

4:31 a.m., 9000 Jodhpur Drive – A patrolling officer fond a 2001 Mazda Tribute parked on the roadside and two juveniles, both 16, lying in the back seat. Both Fair Oaks Ranch residents said they had left their homes without their parents’ knowledge because the boy had been away at a religious camp and they had not seen each other in some time. They said they were just talking. Both were released to their parents.
