Monday, July 9

12:09 a.m., 100 Green Meadows – A male heart patient, 80, was taken to Methodist Hospital after reporting feeling light-headed.

9:51 a.m., 1400 E. Blanco – A man, wanted for a Williamson County warrant for theft by check was arrested and taken to jail.

11:02 a.m., 100 Latigo – Officers contacted a man concerning a hot check written by a San Antonio resident in the amount of $3,100 for some pallets of grass delivered in Boerne. The victim was advised to continue working with Bexar County officials to resolve the matter.

 7:37 p.m., 200 Lone Tree – A lawn mower caused a severe leg laceration.  Emergency technicians were called to help, but family members drove the 20-year-old patient to the hospital.

2:43 p.m., 600 S. Plant – A woman, 40, was taken to Methodist Hospital with shortness of breath.

 8:49 p.m., Scenic Loop and Interstate 10 East – A man, 22, was arrested and taken to jail for a Boerne Municipal warrant for an expired driver’s license.

Tuesday, July 10

1:42 a.m., 600 Rosewood – Two males were reported ringing doorbells and driving up and down the block “peeling out” to get a female’s attention.

6:58 a.m., 100 Grand – A man, 60, fell and needed the assistance of emergency technicians to get back into bed.

9:23 a.m., 1300 S. Main – The night deposit of a local fast food restaurant was reportedly not made and the night manager was unable to be reached by phone.

11:36 a.m., 100 Katie Court – A Dodge pick-up was broken into overnight with items missing. 

2:04 p.m., 600 E. Theissen – Five youths in a red open-top Jeep took a ride in a wheelchair then abandoned it in a resident’s yard. The wheelchair was returned to its owner.

3:13 p.m., 35000 Interstate 10 West – A caller reported skateboarders in the back parking lot of a local business.

3:34 p.m., 100 Katie Court – A resident’s vehicle was broken into.

3:46 p.m., 100 E. Bandera – Officers asked a group of skateboarders to leave an area behind a local business.

5:25 p.m., 1100 Grand – Officers were called on to assist with lifting a heavy patient.

 5:33 p.m., 100 Creekside – A 2-year-old boy was taken to Methodist Children’s Hospital after chocking and being administered CPR.

7:29 p.m., Interstate 10 and Bandera – A caller inquired about helping Boerne’s homeless.

Wednesday, July 11

12:13 a.m., 400 Stone Creek – A woman, 40, was transported to North Central Baptist after suffering a possible seizure.

8:33 a.m., 400 Frey – A traffic violation caused officers to stop a driver who was issued a citation. During the traffic stop, police noticed a round white tablet and called poison-control personnel, who identified it as a generic Claritin. The driver of the silver Mazda was later issued a summons for drug paraphernalia.

1:21 p.m., 400 W. Bandera – An 18-wheeler was left in the roadway blocking traffic. When contacted by police, the driver explained that he left his rig in the center median because he was hungry and wanted to grab a quick bite to eat.

8:52 p.m., 37000 Interstate 10 West – A man was taken to Methodist Hospital after injuring his knee.

11:51 p.m., 100 E. Evergreen – A woman, 32, was arrested for an outstanding Kendall County warrant for failure to appear on an assault with bodily injury after being stopped for driving with an invalid license.

Thursday, July 12

5:28 a.m., 3200 Interstate 10 West – The driver of a green Firebird with no license plates was arrested for Boerne municipal warrants for fuel theft.

8:11 a.m., 100 Old San Antonio – A 17-year-old male was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, given a speeding citation and a minor in possession of tobacco.

9:10 a.m., 300 Ebner – A caller reported that an older model pick-up was hauling a trailer up and down the road with three men, one of whom was not wearing a shirt, creating suspicion. Investigating officers discovered that the men were utility workers.

7:36 p.m., 100 N. Main – An employee contacted police to report a case of sexual harassment in the workplace.  Responding officers contacted the other employee, who stated that work areas are videotaped and that no sexual harassment takes place.

Friday, July 13

7:09 a.m., 100 City Lake – Windows were reported broken out of a guard shack.

11:43 a.m., 100 Frey – Officers assisted emergency technicians to restrain a man, 64, who was transported by EMS to Methodist Hospital.

2:17 p.m., 400 W. Bandera – A two car accident resulted in no injuries.

4:03 p.m., 700 River – A vehicle with a rear door open struck a parked car.

1:51 p.m., 100 City Lake – A verbal disturbance was reported in which a woman wanted two men to leave, but the latter told her they didn’t have to. After an officer advised all of their public rights, all parties departed anyway.

5:58 p.m., 1200 S. Main St. – A minor accident occurred between a blue Explorer and a black PT Cruiser.

7:01 p.m., 800 Johns Road – A resident requested patrols after a subject said he would break in while the resident was at work.

11:06 p.m., 200 Ivy – A woman, 39, who was believed to be highly intoxicated, was found passed out.

Saturday, July 14

3:19 a.m., 200 Ivy – Three males were reported loitering in a parking lot, one of them vomiting. EMS attended to the man for alcohol poisoning.

1:13 a.m., Herff and River Road – An 18-year-old male was issued citations for driving under the influence as a minor and being a minor in possession of alcohol.

7:14 a.m., 400 W. Bandera – An air hose was reported stolen.

8:29 a.m., 200 Hickman – EMS transported a man, 71, with severe diarrhea to St. Luke’s Baptist Hospital.

10:53 a.m., 100 Dawn – EMS transported a woman, 73, with a possible broken hip from a fall, to Methodist Hospital.

1:03 p.m., Bandera and Main St. – A non-injury collision occurred between a black Tahoe and a blue PT Cruiser.

3:21 p.m., 31500 W. Interstate 10 – Police issued a man, 20, a citation for alcohol consumption by a minor.

3:59 p.m., 400 W. Bandera – Two men were arrested for possession of marijuana (under 2 ounces).

6:04 p.m., 1100 Grand – EMS attended to a woman who had hit her head in a fall.

Sunday, July 15

9:01 a.m., 1200 S. Main St. – Five subjects identified as Air Force military police trainees at Lackland AFB admitted to throwing objects into a motel swimming pool and were assessed damages of about $600.

5:07 p.m., 543mm E. Interstate 10 – EMS transported a woman, 44, with breathing difficulty to St. Luke’s Baptists Hospital.

5:58 p.m., Bandera road and Frey – A brown-and-white truck was reported for hitting and running.

7:08 p.m., 100 Fawn Valley – EMS transported a woman, 70, with a possible heart attack to TexSan Heart Hospital.

8:39 p.m., Old San Antonio Road and Industrial Drive – After subjects in a white pick-up were reported shooting at deer from the window of the vehicle, police issued a 19-year-old male citations for being a minor in possession of alcohol and discharging fireworks I the city.

8:49 p.m., 100 Lake Front Drive – EMS transported a woman, 65, with chest pain to Methodist Hospital.

Monday, July 16

2:09 a.m., 100 Crosspoint – EMS attended to a man, 27, who was feeling weak and running a temperature.

4:32 a.m., 10000 Johns Road, Boerne – EMS attended to a woman, 83, who possibly had suffered a heart attack.

10:15 a.m., 100 Oak Bluff, Boerne – A 16-year-old female was reported as a runaway.

10:50 a.m., 200 Dillard Lane, Bergheim – Identity theft was reported.

5:53 p.m., 533mm E. Interstate 10, Boerne – A car hauler was reported heisted and headed toward San Antonio.

7:04 p.m., 42700 W. Interstate 10, Boerne – EMS attended to a 9-month-old child with breathing difficulty.

8:40 p.m., 100 N. Wagon Wheel, Boerne – A resident reported that a nearby bar had sewage leaks.

9:11 p.m., N. Highway 87, Comfort – A fight was reported between two females at the high school, but officers were unable to locate the fracasees.

10:25 p.m., 100 Red Bird Lane, Boerne – After a man was threatened by his intoxicated step-father and mother, the step-dad was arrested.

Tuesday, July 10

8:18 a.m., 900 High St., Comfort – A vehicle was reportedly broken into the previous evening.

9:07 a.m., 500 Water St., Comfort – A fence reportedly the recipient of $300 in damage.

Wednesday, July 11

4:38 p.m., 100 Adler St., Boerne – Unspecified theft was reported.

4:42 p.m., 840 E. Adler, Boerne – A man, 63, was arrested for public intoxication.

5:25 p.m., 100 Country Corner, Boerne – Criminal mischief was perpetrated upon windows.

6:35 p.m., 900 E. Highway 46, Boerne – A box of cats was deposited anonymously.

7:16 p.m., 100 Scenic View, Boerne – A resident reported receiving threats from a former son-in-law, who was a suspect in a child-indecency case involving the caller’s grandchildren.

7:42 p.m., 100 Blue Ridge, Comfort – An adult male was arrested on warrants.

9:49 p.m., 100 S. Wagon Wheel, Boerne – An adult female was arrested on warrants.

Thursday, July 12

2:40 a.m., N. Highway 87, Comfort – EMS transported a woman, 24, with labor pains to University Hospital.

5:45 a.m., 200 Zoeller Lane, Waring – EMS attended to a woman, 57, who might have suffered a heart attack.

7:45 a.m., 840 E. Adler, Boerne – A woman, 41, was arrested for a misdemeanor.

10:04 a.m., 600 Faltin St., Comfort – EMS attended to an elderly woman with chest pain.

1:59 p.m., 400 N. FM3351, Bergheim – An 18-year-old female was involved in a bicycle spill, but she requested not to receive EMS’ attention.

2:06 p.m., 200 Spring Road, Comfort – Telephone harassment was reported.

10:24 p.m., 30500 E. Interstate 10, Boerne – A collision between a Chevy Blazer and a Ford Focus sent one motorist to University Hospital.

11:30 p.m., 200 Spring Road, Comfort – Telephone harassment was reported.

Friday, July 13

5:43 p.m., 800 E. Highway 46, Boerne – A m inor collision occurred between a white van and a blue Ford Expedition.

6:33 p.m., 200 Meadow Lane, Boerne – A verbal family disturbance was reported.

6:51 p.m., 539mm W. Interstate 10, Boerne – A complainant said two male occupants of a black Ford pick-up pulled a rifle on him.

6:46 p.m., 700 Altgelt, Comfort – A man making phone threats said he knew where the complainant’s stolen pick-up was and that it is being used to commit crimes.

10:30 p.m., 100 Ammann Road, Boerne – EMS attended to a woman, 21, with breathing difficulty.

Saturday, July 14

0:41 a.m., 40700 W. Interstate 10, Boerne – Threatening phone calls were reported.

10:26 a.m., FM473 and Idlewilde, Comfort – A bicyclist was downed by running over a dog.

12:28 p.m., 100 Spring Valley Cove, Boerne – EMS transported a man, 50, to University Hospital with a large scalp laceration and a compound-fractured femur he suffered from falling off the roof of a house under construction.

2:53 p.m., 537mm W. Interstate 10, Boerne – After a group of teens were reported walking in highway traffic, one teen, 15, was arrested and transported to the juvenile detention center in Kerrville.

7:04 p.m., 42900 W. Interstate 10, Boerne – Part of a fence was torn down and equipment damaged.

11:33 p.m., E. Highway 46, Boerne – A male roper, 25, suffered a severed finger.

Sunday, July 15

4:43 a.m., 100 Oak Acres Lane, Boerne – A hospice death was reported.

8:46 a.m., 300 Los Indios Ranch Road, Boerne – EMS attended to a man, 38, who had lost consciousness in the bathtub.

6:30 p.m., 100 N. Smokey River, Boerne – A complainant reported being harassed by neighbors who were setting off fireworks and disturbing her and her animals.

11:05 p.m., 200 FM473, Comfort – Four male subjects were detained and one of them, 17, arrested for possession of a controlled substance.

Friday, July 6

4:45 p.m., 7500 Dietz Elkhorn – AMR transported a man, 60, with chest pain to Methodist Hospital.

5:10 p.m., 29300 Ridgeview Trail – After an elderly woman reported juvenile males horsing around on Summit Ridge, an elderly man told the investigating officer that they were just kids being kids. However, as the officer was about to leave, he was waved own by another elderly man who reported that the kids were being too loud and, when he told them to behave, one of the boys pulled his shorts down and told him to “Look at this.” The main also said that girls hanging around with the boys were “in bloom” and wearing shorts that were too short. The officer was unable to locate the youths.

6:37 p.m., 29700 High Eschelon – Responding to a report of individuals hitting golfballs onto the golf course from the roof of their residence, the investigating officer advised a young man, 15, whose friends had already gone home, that such activity was not only a distraction to those playing on the golf course, but they could injure someone.

Saturday, July 7

1:07 a.m., 30500 Keeneland – On patrol, an officer observed a small campfire burning in the center of the playground at the homeowners’ park and saw several subjects run away. Speaking to the five male subjects remaining – ages 14 to 16 from Fair Oaks Ranch, Boerne and Sisterdale – one of whom was the subject from a previous rooftop golfing incident, he was told that the latter’s father had kicked them out of the house and they built the small fire after becoming cold. The fire was extinguished, and the youths were told to return to clean up the area. All five were released to the father’s custody.

Sunday, July 8

4:31 a.m., 9000 Jodhpur Drive – A patrolling officer fond a 2001 Mazda Tribute parked on the roadside and two juveniles, both 16, lying in the back seat. Both Fair Oaks Ranch residents said they had left their homes without their parents’ knowledge because the boy had been away at a religious camp and they had not seen each other in some time. They said they were just talking. Both were released to their parents.

Monday, July 9

6:09 p.m., 8200 Pimlico Lane – An officer assisted a fallen male resident, 81, in getting up and into a chair.

6:33 p.m., 29200 Seabiscuit Drive – Officers, AMR and Leon Springs volunteer firefighters attended to a woman possibly suffering seizures, but she declined transport to hospital facilities.

Tuesday, July 10

0:38 a.m., 29700 High Eschelon – A resident reported an unknown subject had ignited fireworks on his front porch, and he named a 16-year-old suspect who has issues with the complainant’s son.

0:45 a.m., 7700 Terra Manor – A resident, 82, reported fireworks were set off at her rear door.

3:55 a.m., 500 Interstate 10 West access road – A bicyclist, 50, reported that has he and his fellow cyclist were riding, a black Jeep Wrangler drove up behind them honking and, after the cyclists rode single file to give the motorist more room, the vehicle passed very close to them. When the complainant raised his hands in a questioning manner, the driver turned the Jeep around and drove in the oncoming lane of traffic directly at them only to veer away at the last moment, but almost striking them and causing them to collide with each other. The cyclist described the driver as a white male in his 40s with sandy hair.
