Monday, July 16

12:57 p.m., 100 N. School St. – An adult female and six kids were reported trespassing in the process of going swimming in Cibolo Creek. The property owner and police asked them not to return.

5:11 p.m., 1400 E. Blanco – A woman in a brown Ford Ranger was reported panhandling in front of a shopping center but was nowhere to be found when officers arrived.

Wednesday, July 18

12:05 a.m., 200 Deer Creek – A woman reported a possible break-in at her home by a man clad in all black who was seen fleeing into the woods.

9:06 a.m., 1300 S. Main - A 14-foot orange work ladder was stolen from the YMCA overnight. A bicycle lock securing the ladder had been cut

4:23 p.m., W. Interstate 10 - The Boerne Volunteer Fire Department extinguished a burning truck near the 539 mile-marker of Interstate 10. The driver was not injured.

Thursday, July 19

2:57 p.m., 100 Water – A man was arrested for driving with an invalid license during a traffic stop. His passenger was also arrested for a Kendall County Municipal Warrant for misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance.

7:47 p.m., 31700 W IH-10 - A gas drive-off was reported when the driver of an 18-wheeler said that he was going to Western Union to get money to pay for the gas but never returned.

11:07 p.m., 300 Hampton Cove - Police responded to a family disturbance and arrested a man for assault family violence and interfering with an emergency call.

Saturday, July 21

7:38 p.m., 700 Rosewood – A man was disregarded a barricade at a low-water crossing at the. Ramos was trying to cross high water when his truck was swept away by Currey Creek. He escaped the vehicle and was not injured

Sunday, July 22

12:58 a.m., 200 W. Bandera – A man was arrested for graffiti and criminal trespass when police caught him on the roof of a building spray-painting a wall.

7:50 a.m., 600 Rosewood - EMS responded to a man, 60, found not breathing. He was pronounced deceased from natural causes at 8:30 a.m.

Monday, July 23

7:58 a.m., 800 Adler – A man reported several items stolen from his vehicle, which was parked outside of his residence.

Monday, July 16

9:35 a.m., Nollkamper Road, Boerne – A fence was reported damaged.

12:02 p.m., 400 W. Bandera, Boerne – A resident reported theft by credit card at a grocery store.

6:00 p.m., 100 Timber Trial, Boerne – A child was reportedly bitten by a “pet” possum.

7:08 p.m., 200 Post Oak St., Comfort – A family disturbance was reported.

7:22 p.m., 300 E. Highway 46, Boerne – A vehicle struck a horse.

7:40 p.m., 600 Front St., Comfort – Two women fighting and yelling at a store manager were gone when officers arrived.

Tuesday, July 17

4:57 a.m., 32700 E. Interstate 10, Boerne – A man, 87, who had possibly suffered a heart attack was transported by EMS to Methodist Hospital.

5:49 a.m., 100 White Oak Trail, Boerne – EMS attended to a man, 70, who lost his equilibrium and felt queasy.

6:28 p.m., 200 Seven Sisters, Sisterdale – An unknown person or persons duct-taped the head of a stray dog, completely covering its head and eyes.

6:42 p.m., 200 E. Highway 46, Boerne – A family disturbance was reported when two brothers, 15 and 19, were fighting, but they broke it up.

Wednesday, July 18

6:59 a.m., 200 August Lane, Boerne – EMS attended to a man, 69, for chest pain.

3:03 p.m., 600 fifth St., Comfort – A bicycle was reported stolen.

3:47 p.m., 10200 Johns Road, Boerne – No injuries were reported from a head-on collision between a white Ford pick-up and a silver Taurus.

Thursday, July 19

7:06 a.m., 100 Kendall Parkway, Boerne – A house was festooned with toilet paper.

11:34 a.m., 100 North View Drive, Boerne – EMS attended to a man, 66, who fell in the shower and hit his head, also possibly injuring his ribs.

3:29 p.m., 600 Johns Road, Boerne – No injuries were reported from a collision between a Ford F350 and a Bronco.

6:51 p.m., 100 Siebenicher Road, Sisterdale – Indecency with a child was alleged.

Friday, July 20

11:27 a.m., Waring-Welfare Road, Comfort – A woman reported someone was stealing her geese at night.

12:12 p.m., Pfeiffer Road, Boerne – A resident reported that youths were riding a golf cart and throwing firecrackers, scaring her dogs.

1:52 p.m., 531mm E. Interstate 10, Comfort – A black Dodge Neon and a green Escalade collided.

2:36 p.m., 300 Upper Balcones Road, Boerne – EMS transported a woman, 82, who had suffered seizures to Methodist Specialty and Transplant Hospital.

Saturday, July 21

1:44 a.m., 100 Fuller Drive, Bergheim – A man reported his soon-to-be ex-son-in-law was making harassing phone calls.

8 a.m., 100 White Water Road, Bergheim – Five vehicles parked on the embankment by campers were washed away by rising waters.

8:54 a.m., FM474/Krause Creek, Kendalia – A woman was washed downstream from her vehicle but was recovered without injuries.

7:59 p.m., 100 N. Wagon Wheel, Boerne – A resident alleged that a nearby bar was letting its broken sewer line leak into his back yard.

8:52 p.m., 100 Meadow Lane, Comfort – A woman declined to let her intoxicated housemate into the home, so he was released to his brother.

9:46 p.m., 600 Front St. Comfort – An intoxicated and belligerent man wouldn’t leave the grocery store, so he was arrested.

10:43 Apache Trail, Boerne – A disoriented man, 81, was transported by EMS to Audie L. Murphy Memorial Veterans Hospital.

Sunday, July 22

2:45 p.m., Herff Road, Boerne – After a resident reported trespassers were hidding in the bushes on her property, a blue Chevrolet Cavalier was discovered containing a man who appeared to have been murdered.

5:30 p.m., 400 Schryver, Boerne – A woman who was out of control and threatened to shoot and stab her caretaker was detained and transported to Methodist Specialty and Transplant Hospital.

10:03 p.m., 100 E. Tapatio Drive, Boerne – EMS attended to a man, 43, who had chest pain and trouble breathing.

10:16 p.m., 100 Hoskins Trail, Boerne – A verbal disturbance was reported after a woman’s husband would not return his wife’s cell phone.

Monday, July 23

1:14 a.m., 100 Blue Ridge, Comfort – EMS attended to a woman, 70, with a possible stroke.

9:30 a.m., 29700 Cojak Circle – A resident reported someone burglarized her vehicle, taking a black digital display key used to open her safe at work, an iPod player and a business card holder.

7:53 p.m., 7900 Fair Oaks Parkway – A woman reported her ex-husband harassed her in the country club parking lot and the previous day had slashed her tired. Police advised her to get a protective order against him.

9:14 a.m.,7200 Dietz Elkhorn – A resident reported his neighbor became verbally aggressive regarding his barking dog.

Tuesday, July 17

10:10 a.m., 29300 No Le Hace Drive – A woman reported being harassed by her ex-boyfriend, 21, via phone calls and text messages.

9:20 p.m., 27200 Ralph Fair Road – An officer stopped the driver of a gray Chevy truck for having no license plate and subsequently ticketed him for no proof of insurance, an expired inspection sticker as well as the original infraction. He was also cited for an open 24-ounce container of Tecate beer.

Wednesday, July 18

0:49 a.m., 30000 Cibolo Trace – A woman reported receiving terroristic threats on her cell phone from an unknown party. When the latter called while an officer was present, the officer informed him of the criminal nature of his activities.

2:05 a.m., 28400 Quadrille Lane – A resident reported that unknown subjects were ringing her doorbell at late hours and then running off.

Thursday, July 19

2:15 p.m., 7200 Dietz Elkhorn – A storage facility owner reported she had rented a moving truck to a Fair Oaks Ranch resident and he had not returned it when it was due back, so she went to the location and found the truck in the driveway with the homowner’s property in it. She took the truck from the location and is storing it at her business location until she can make contact with the man.

2:42 p.m., 29500 Fairway Bluff – A resident reported that some jewelry was taken from her home.

Friday, July 20

11:23 p.m., 30500 Ralph Fair Road – An officer stopped a motorist for speeding then arrested him for driving with a suspended license.

Saturday, July 21

7800 Fair Oaks Parkway – After a security guard received a call from a male resident that his friend in a black Lincoln would be coming to his house, the guard received a second call from the boy’s mother saying she did not want the person at her house because she suspects he is a drug dealer.

Sunday, July 22

6:35 p.m., 8500 Jodhpur Drive – A 4-month old having an allergic reaction was better by the time AMR arrived, so the mother refused transport to a hospital.

6:54 p.m., 8200 Fair Oaks Parkway – A hit-and-run accident was perpetrated by a grey pick-up truck, but an investigating officer believes the truck will show paint transfer if found.
