The restaurant will donate $2 for every 32-ounce bottle of its custom sauce that is sold during the program to the Carver Academy Endowment Fund in honor of Holiday.

The Carver Academy is a school of excellence that offers elementary-age children an academic program that features small classes, leadership opportunities and a family-live environment.

Rudy’s will also honor Holiday’s contributions through a series of plaque dedications at each restaurant location through this month. A dedication took place Tuesday at the Rudy’s in Leon Springs.
