Monday, July 30 8:53 a.m., Falls Terrace – AMR transported a woman, 92, to Methodist Hospital after she fell off a chair. 6:45 pm., 30400 Fairway Run Drive – A resident reported the theft of checks after they were mailed to his old address, where he had not lived for several years, and subsequently received a call that one of the checks had been cashed at an Ace Cash Express and returned for insufficient funds. 8:40 p.m., 30400 Fairway Run Drive – Officers responded to a domestic disturbance call in which an altercation between a father and son turned physical when the son pushed the father and then barricaded himself in a bathroom. Officers managed to arrest the son for assault family violence, but AMR first transported him to Wilford Hall Medical Center when he claimed to have swallowed 12 to 20 Adderall in order, he said, to kill himself. Tuesday, July 31 11:30 a.m., 7300 Rolling Acres Trail – Officers arrested a man on warrants. 2:12 p.m., 31000 Wood Bine Way – AMR transported a construction worker, 42, to University Hospital with a laceration on his leg. Wednesday, Aug. 1 8422 North view Pass – A resident reported his golf clubs stolen. 28600 Ralph Fair Road – After stopping a driver of a blue Olds Cutlass Calais for speeding, an officer arrested the man for driving with an invalid license. The license had been revoked for medical reasons. Thursday, Aug. 2 5:45 a.m., 29000 Cloud Croft Lane – A male two days short of his 19th birthday reported that his girlfriend had been raped. A female walking up the driveway crying, upon being approached by an officer, responded that she did not want to talk to anyone. 10:17 p.m., 304 Fairway Run Drive – A flaming bag was left on the residents’ doorstep, and the daughter received a call on her cell phone from a male who said, “I heard someone left a bag of (excrement) on our doorstep.” The residents did not know who the perpetrator was but requested extra patrols.
