 Rios Golden Cut Salon in Boerne held a chamber of commerce ribbon cutting Aug. 2. Located at 1369 S. Main St., the salon caters to men, women and children and, in addition to hair cuts, specializes in colors, highlights, waxing, razor cuts and perms.
