Main – A juvenile driver was sited for minor possession of tobacco. 9:34 p.m., 1500 S. Main – A juvenile driver was cited for minor possession of alcohol. Main – Two men were arrested after assaulting another man in a parking lot. 2:36 a.m., 31000 W. Blanco – A man was arrested for driving while intoxicated. Saturday, Aug. 25 10:59 a.m., 100 Staffel – A restaurant owner reported that is 28 koi fish worth $3,000 had been stolen over night. He later concluded that some nutria ate his fish. 5:33 p.m., 800 N. Main – A man was arrested for the unlawful carrying of a weapon. While in jail, he was also served warrants for driving without insurance and speeding. 9:10 p.m., 100 Rosewood – A man was arrested for public intoxication and a clerk was arrested for selling alcohol to an intoxicated person. Sunday, Aug. 26 2:19 a.m., Main and Market – A man was arrested for driving while intoxicated and having an open container in his car. 11:21 a.m., 539mm E. Interstate 10 – A vehicle drove off the road and rolled over. Saturday, Aug. 25 2:41 a.m., FM1376 at the Guadalupe River, Sisterdale – After a Federal Express truck was in a rollover accident, AirLife transported the driver, a 45-year-old San Antonio man, to University Hospital. Aug. 26 2:34 a.m., 100 Old San Antonio Road, Boerne – A medical alert service called EMS to attend to a wheelchair-bound woman, 79, who suffers hypertension, arthritis and diabetes. 1:08 p.m., Poehnert Road, Boerne – A verbal disturbance was reported between a homeowner and a renter. 3:05 p.m., 100 Evans Road, Bergheim – A resident reported that a garage band turns up its loud music every time a deputy leaves. FAIR OAKS RANCH Monday, Aug. 13 12:20 p.m., 28900 Chartwell Circle – AMR transported a woman with a severe knee injury to Methodist Hospital. Tuesday, Aug. 14 8:27 p.m., 7900 Fair Oaks Parkway – A verbal disturbance was reported at the country club when a poolside altercation between boys escalated to involving irate parents, and police advised all parties to leave one another alone and that if the parents can’t handle future problems to call police before it escalates. Wednesday, Aug. 15 7:53 a.m., 8100 Pimlico Lane – A man unloading cut tree branches onto the side of the road was advised that such dumping was illegal. 9:15 p.m., 9000 Fair Oaks Parkway – Forced entry and burglary of a business was reported. Thursday, Aug. 16 A resident turned in a black canvas bag he’d found in the 7700 block of Battle Intense by Cibolo Creek. The bag contained personal papers belonging to a neighbor who works for the FBI. The bag was reported stolen from a vehicle the same day. Friday, Aug. 17 9:23 a.m., 29000 Ralph Fair Road – Fair Oaks Ranch Elementary School reported a burglary in which two separate sets of locked cabinets in the nurse’s station were broken into. The school nurse was not immediately sure what, if anything, was missing. 1:31 p.m., 7900 N. Fair Oaks Parkway – AMR attended to a construction workman with a deep laceration on his arm from a piece of tile. He was transported to University Hospital. Saturday, Aug. 18 10:02 a.m., 8600 Rolling Acres Trail – A resident registered her complaint about an aggressive chow dog, which had attempted to attack her Labrador while it was being walked by her husband. She said it had attacked her dog previously. The owner said he would secure his animal, noting he would be trying to give the dog up for adoption soon. 10:10 a.m., 300 Ammann Road – A bicyclist who had sustained cuts and scrapes to his knees, elbows and head declined to have EMS summoned. Sunday, Aug. 19 1:24 p.m., 30400 Fairway Run Drive – Residents complained of a neighbor’s loud music, but an officer could not hear anything loud enough to be considered a nuisance and therefore couldn’t take any action other than to ask the neighbor to keep his music to a minimum level. The neighbor said he only turns it up when he is out trimming trees and wants to hear it.
