A groundbreaking and reception will be held at 10 a.m. today to celebrate the start of construction on Ewing Halsell Hall, the third new dormitory on on the TMI campus since 2005, allowing expansion of the school’s successful five- and seven-day boarding program. The groundbreaking is scheduled to be held in the residential-life courtyard behind Ayres Hall (main administration building), reception in Student Center at TMI – The Episcopal School of Texas, 20955 W. Tejas Trail, in northwest San Antonio. In case of rain, the event will be held in the Ayres Hall breezeway.
