MONDAY, SEPT. 17

12:10 p.m., 1100 River – A woman died in hospice care.

1:38 p.m., 1300 S. Main – A man was arrested for false identification as a police officer and resisting arrest.

9:07 p.m., 300 Plant – A 65-year-old man was transported to Methodist Hospital for diabetic complications.

TUESDAY, SEPT. 18

1:46 p.m., 100 Bentwood – Police removed pornographic magazines that had been placed all over a parked car and were blowing into nearby yards.

WEDNESDAY, SEPT. 19

8:20 a.m., 100 City Lake – A park security booth was found to have broken windows. Park workers told police they suspect vandalism.

1:17 p.m., 900 N. Main – Police arrested a man for driving with an invalid license.

3:22 p.m., 400 Hampton Cove – An officer escorted a 5-year-old girl home after finding her wandering in her neighborhood.

7:41 p.m., 700 River – A man was arrested for driving while intoxicated and on a Kerr County warrant for driving with an invalid license.

11:51 p.m., 100 Wanda – A man called police to report that his wife shot herself in their home. Police found the woman dead on the floor with a handgun.

THURSDAY, SEPT. 20

8:15 p.m., 100 W. Theissen – EMS transported a 54-year-old woman who was having difficulty breathing to Methodist Hospital.

FRIDAY, SEPT. 21

9:55 a.m., 1400 E. Blanco – A man was arrested on a Blanco County warrant for driving with an invalid license.

1:10 p.m., 100 Hughs – A woman was transported to Methodist Hospital because of diabetes complications.

SATURDAY, SEPT. 22

1:17 p.m., 100 Hitching Post – A man who accidentally cut his finger off with a circular saw was transported to Methodist Hospital.

4:27 p.m., 800 N. Main – Police stopped a car for a equipment malfunction and arrested a passenger on a warrant for contempt of court and not paying child support. The driver was cited for having an expired driver’s license.

SUNDAY, SEPT. 23

2:52 a.m., 100 Ebensberger – A 86-year-old woman who fell and injured her head was transported to Methodist Hospital

12:51 p.m., 1200 S. Main – An apartment manager entered an apartment to find his female tenant dead.

MONDAY, SEPT. 17

1:33 p.m., Seewald Road and Breeze Way, Boerne – A man reported a missing 700-pound Brangus heifer.

5:32 p.m., 100 N. Highway 87, Comfort – A 16-year-old male was transported to Methodist Children’s Hospital after his ankle was broken on the high school practice field.

5:57 p.m., 100 North View Drive, Boerne – A man reported a woman had taken his vehicle without his permission.

9:27 p.m., Walnut Grove and Commanche Trail, Boerne – A man shot and killed his bull after it charged residents in their vehicles and he feared for his own safety.

TUESDAY, SEPT. 18

10:38 a.m., 300 FM474, Boerne – A mailbox was smashed.

11:02 a.m., 200 FM474, Boerne – A Honda Accord was in a non-injury accident.

WEDNESDAY, SEPT. 19

10:53 a.m., 100 Saunders, Boerne – EMS attended to a woman, 50, who had fainted and hit her head.

4:21 p.m., 800 FM289, Boerne – TxDOT reported an elephant loose in the area, apparently from a passing circus.

THURSDAY, SEPT. 20

10:14 a.m., 100 Redbird Court, Boerne – After a resident reported a “poison dragon” hissing at her from her window sill, a responding officer determined it was a gecko-type lizard and took it outside.

2:39 p.m., 100 White Water Road, Bergheim – After their canoe capsized on the Guadalupe River, one woman, 67, made it to the shore while her companion, 70, went missing until rescuers located her a half mile downstream. Both women, from Seguin, were determined unharmed.

7:55 p.m., 100 Fredericksburg Road, Waring – EMS transported a woman, 40, to Sid Peterson Memorial Hospital with severe headaches.

FRIDAY, SEPT. 21

2:04 p.m., Cordillera Trace and Auburn Crossing, Boerne – After San Antonio police received a call about a male possibly trying to commit suicide after a three-day drinking binge, cell-phone coordinates determined he was in the Boerne area, but officers were unable to locate the man.

2:17 p.m., 100 North View Drive, Boerne – Bandera Electric Cooperative reported theft of services.

SATURDAY, SEPT. 22

2:45 a.m., 100 Waring-Welfare, Waring – A vehicle reportedly ran into a wall and its driver was arrested.

4:45 a.m., Toepperwein Road, Boerne – EMS attended to a disoriented and confused woman, 76.

8:48 a.m., 100 Possum Creek Road, Comfort – EMS transported a woman, 59, who fell while biking and couldn’t move her leg, to Methodist Hospital.

10:33 a.m., 100 Los Indios Ranch Road, Boerne – A 17-month-old child was locked in a vehicle with the keys inside and required rescue.

2:50 p.m., Los Indios Ranch road and Highway 46, Boerne – A large fire in a field was attended to by Kendalia firefighters.

4:46 p.m., 100 Flat Rock Drive, Sisterdale – AirLife transported a woman whose arms had gone numb to Methodist Hospital.

SUNDAY, SEPT. 23

4:00 a.m., 100 Kendall Parkway, Boerne – Two teen girls were r eportedly throwing rocks at windows and sticking plastic forks into a resident’s lawn.

10:14 a.m., 36975 W. Interstate 10, Boerne – EMS attended to a woman, 80, who reportedly had not eaten in four days.

5:38 p.m., Shooting Club Road, Boerne – EMS transported a woman, 64, who had possibly suffered a stroke, to Methodist Hospital.

TUESDAY, SEPT. 18

10:56 a.m., 31800 Rolling Acres Trail – A resident reported a former cleaning woman may have stolen a $2,500 antique clock sometime between May 2005 and January 2006.

WEDNESDAY, SEPT. 19

11:27 a.m., 29700 High Eschelon – AMR transported a woman, 73, to Methodist Hospital after she had fallen and hit her head.

THURSDAY, SEPT. 20

6:02 p.m., 30200 Ciblo Run – AMR transported a woman, 77, to St. Luke Baptist Hospital after she possibly suffered a stroke.

SATURDAY, SEPT. 22

9:26 a.m., 28800 Ralph Fair Road – After stopping a 2000 black Hyundai for speeding, an officer arrested its driver for possession of marijuana, warrants, driving with an invalid license. He arrested a passenger for possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance.

SUNDAY, SEPT. 23

0:12 a.m., 30400 Fairway Run Drive – The death of a woman, 87, from natural causes was reported.

10:23 a.m., 301 Fairway Vista – A verbal disturbance was reported.

11:26 a.m., 7700 Sweetwind Circle – A resident reported that he and several neighbors have had their houses toilet-papered. He said his mailbox and front door had been smeared with deodorant and baby powder, and plastic forks, spoons and knives were stuck in the grass.
