The citizens of Boerne and Kendall County should listen very carefully to and about what Boerne Together and Boerne Forward are, respectively, saying. Whenever someone from Forward speaks, it is ultimately and always about money. When one inspects the makeup of Forward, one finds that these are people who will financially profit from uncontrolled and profligate growth. Together on the other hand, while recognizing that Boerne and Kendall County are experiencing inevitable significant growth, is more concerned about planning for that growth.

I am not a member of Together but I have attended several of their meetings. Not once did I hear the term "no-growth". What I did hear were terms like "planning," "considered," "evolution," "quality," "balance," etc. Remember it was Together who successfully lobbied for a Master Plan for growth. When you listen to what each of these groups has to say, think about what you want our community to be a few years down the road.
