TERRELL HILLS Information on party Sept. 24, 12:24 p.m., 300 block of Wilshire: A homeowner who is in the process of fixing up a house for eventual sale was approached by a neighbor who asked if the owner had a party at the house recently. The neighbor stated that he had seen teenagers in the house a few nights earlier drinking beer and making noise. When he told the partiers to quiet down, they cleaned up their cans, threw the garbage bag in the storm drain and left, using a key to lock the door. The owner said that only she, the realtor and a contractor had keys. The owner requested that police provide extra patrol when there is no one at the residence. Burglary of building Oct. 3, 4:28 p.m., 300 block of Burr: An officer reported to an alarm activation at a business and discovered a broken window in the rear of the building. Pry marks were found around the frame and after the officer entered the building with the owner, it was found a crystal chandelier was missing. House burglary Oct. 4, 1:32 p.m., 600 block of Morningside: A nanny for three children called police when she noticed the garage door was standing open when she arrived. After the children came home, she went through the house and noticed several rooms had been disturbed and several high-value electronics items were missing. The officer photographed all the rooms and looked for fingerprints. Flag theft Oct. 8, 4:45 p.m., 900 block of Eventide: A homeowner reported an American flag had been stolen from in front of his house. Burglary of house Oct. 16, 3:30 p.m., 700 block of Morningside: A woman reported when she returned home, the door to her house was ajar and slightly damaged. She then noticed four television sets and a digital camera were missing. When the officer and the homeowner went through the house, all crime scenes were photographed and the owner filed a property loss report. Copper cable stolen Oct. 15, 9:50 a.m., 100 block of Rittiman: A CPS foreman reported that someone had cut through the fence at a communications tower and made off with five rolls of copper buss worth approximately $2,500. A footprint was found art the scene and photos were taken. Burglary of house Oct. 21, 12:22 p.m., 500 block of Acadia: A man stated his father-in-law’s house had been burglarized when he noticed the front door was unlocked and several items were missing from the house.
