Thank you for supporting our community park

Wow! What a great community we have here in Bulverde. Every year the Village of Bulverde Jubilee gets bigger and better. This year was no exception; and the weather was absolutely fantastic.

THANK YOU to everyone who attended and participated. We raised $2,500 towards the purchase of playground equipment for the Bulverde Community Park located on Bulverde Lane. The most heart-warming moment for me was when a young boy, after visiting our booth, went home and brought back a bag of coins ($12.43) as his donation to the park.

Booth chairperson was Sharon Speer with Garden Works Landscape. On the day of the event she had assistance from Jim and Peggy Cosgrove, T.J. Wills and Devin Beardslee.

Parade chairperson was Melissa Wood,co-chaired by Nancy Crist. They received assistance from Dianna Burke, Barbara Brigance, Nancy Meier and Debbie Burgess.

Marketing Committee members were Buzz Heye, Kathi O’Bryant and Cassandra Campbell.

Entertainment chairperson was Roland Ruiz. The stage was decorated by Rachel and Bill Nance.

Activities Committee members were Jill Enders-Moran and Robert Evans, Spring Branch-Bulverde Lions Club.
