MONDAY, NOV. 5 7:01 a.m., 542mm Interstate 10 East – A car struck a deer, which went through the windshield and onto the front passenger seat. 11:25 a.m., 100 Rattlesnake Bluff – A man was arrested for possession of carisoprodol, a skeletal muscle relaxant. TUESDAY, NOV. 6 11:11 a.m., 400 River – A man was arrested on a Travis County warrant for revoked probation for driving while intoxicated. 11:21 a.m., Frey/ Hickman – A vehicle struck a stop sign, causing damage to the sign, a fence and tension wires. The driver wasn’t found. WEDNESDAY, NOV. 7 5:54 p.m., 35100 Interstate 10 West – A man was arrested on a Taylor County warrant for probation violation for driving while intoxicated. His wolf was released to animal control officers. 10:28 p.m., 200 Ivy – A man was arrested on a Taylor County warrant for theft by check, driving while intoxicated and assault-family violence. THURSDAY, NOV. 8 12:26 p.m., 400 Hosack – A man selling magazines without a peddler’s permit was advised to acquire a permit before selling again. FRIDAY, NOV. 9 2:11 p.m., 200 Ivy – A man was arrested for criminal trespass. 6:24 p.m., 200 Ivy – The same man returned and was arrested for violation of a protective order. 6:54 p.m., 300 Yolanda – A man was arrested for possession of marijuana (less than two ounces). Bandera – After a caller reported seeing a severed human hand lying on the roadside, police found a latex “bloody” hand, possibly a vestige of Halloween. 6:01 p.m., 1500 S. Main – A vehicle was broken into and wires were cut inside. 9:37 p.m., 100 Cibolo Creek – A man reported his landscaping and driveway vandalized. Bandera – A panhandler, reported blocking a roadway, was issued a warning for panhandling without a permit. 7:13 p.m., 900 S. Main – A woman was arrested for public intoxication. Highway 87, Comfort – Tires were reported stolen. 6:42 p.m., 200 April Lane, Boerne – A man hired to do yard work came into the residence to use the restroom and began acting strange and disoriented. He was transported to a medical examination. 7:51 p.m., 100 SJ Drive, Boerne – EMS attended to a woman, 84, with heart problems. Interstate 10, Comfort – A woman, 33, was arrested after a silver Mercedes was reported swerving. 10:57 p.m., 100 Old San Antonio Road, Boerne – A female driver spun out, knocking down part of a fence. WEDNESDAY, NOV. 7 9:32 a.m., 400 Lake Side Circle, Boerne – EMS attended to a Type 2 diabetic man, 86, with heart blockage. 2:31 p.m., 600 Faltin St., Comfort – EMS transported a man, 88, to Sid Peterson Memorial Hospital after he experienced difficulty breathing. 8:09 p.m., Highway 473 and 87, Comfort – A two-vehicle, non-injury accident involved a white pick-up and a brown Tahoe. 8:29 p.m., 100 Ten West Drive, Comfort – A man, 74, went to Boerne Urgent Care after an odor in his house made him dizzy. 10:54 p.m., Hein Road, Waring – After lights were seen in a cabin when “nobody was supposed to be there,” the “burglar” turned out to be a legitimate renter. THURSDAY, NOV. 8 7:29 a.m., Highway 87, Comfort – EMS attended to a man, 52, who experienced jitteriness and vomited blood five hours after he quit drinking. 10:14 a.m., 34500 W. Interstate 10, Boerne – Homeless people were reported sleeping on the porch of a business office. 4:55 p.m., 2000 FM473, Kendalia – A woman requested help in finding a room for two nights because she did not feel safe going to her house. 7:04 p.m., 600 Faltin St., Comfort – EMS attended to a man, 87, with a possible hip fracture. FRIDAY, NOV. 9 12:15 a.m., 600 Fifth St., Comfort – EMS attended to a woman, 22, who was screaming, crying and semi-alert, intoxicated or possibly high on narcotics. 3:15 a.m., 200 Zoeller Lane, Waring – A family disturbance was reported. 3:19 p.m., 3000 FM473 and Sattler, Kendalia – A motorcycle accident sent an injured man to University Hospital via AirLife. 6:12 p.m., 543mm W. Interstate 10, Boerne – Road rage was reported when two males in a white SUV spit at the complainant’s car and attempted to run it off the road. Authorities were unable to locate the perpetrators. 7:12 p.m., 100 W. View Point Drive, Boerne – A resident reported that youths jumped the fence and into her pool before leaving. 7:33 p.m., 100 Elm Springs Drive, Boerne – EMS attended to a woman, 64, who felt faint. SATURDAY, NOV. 10 1:24 a.m., 200 Zoeller Lane, Waring – An elderly woman reported her grandson, 39, was causing a disturbance and she needed to go to the emergency room because he had pulled her hair the previous night. The woman’s daughter subsequently called to say her mom was fine and just wanted attention. 3:27 a.m., 537mm E. Interstate 10, Boerne – After a two-vehicle rollover accident, EMS summoned AirLife and then Critical Air and Air Evac, but none could fly because of high winds. So a victim with massive head trauma was transported on the ground to an emergency room. 1:34 p.m., 900 FM473, Sisterdale – A resident reported trespassers had taken down part of his fence without permission. 3:48 p.m., 100 Hillview, Comfort – A wife reported her husband drove a green ’92 Chevy truck from their Center Point house, intoxicated and against her advice. She said he told her that, if cops come after them, he would hit them with his car. Officers found the truck, parked, but not the driver. 7:38 p.m., 800 Water St., Comfort – A woman found an unfamiliar red Camaro parked in her yard. 7:27 p.m., 200 Walnut Grove Road, Boerne – A man reported someone killed his dog and left it at his front door. 10:41 p.m., 400 FM1376, Boerne – A resident reported a neighbor burning a bonfire during the burn ban. 11:46 p.m., Upper Balcones and Dodge roads, Boerne – An intoxicated man was arrested after a rollover accident. SUNDAY, NOV. 11 10:58 a.m., 300 Upper Balcones Road, Boerne – A property owner reported damage to his fence from the aforementioned accident. 9:43 p.m., 300 Walnut Grove Road, Boerne – A woman reported her son, 25, was causing a disturbance and trying to take her truck. He responded that his brother was in the hospital and his mom wouldn’t let him go. FAIR OAKS RANCH TUESDAY, NOV. 6 2:44 p.m., 8800 Rolling Acres Trail - A construction worker told police he started a fire (in violation of city code) to keep himself warm. The responding officer told him to put it out. FRIDAY, NOV. 9 11:05 a.m., 7500 Fair Oaks Parkway - A resident was advised about city ordinance concerning watering lawn. 12:37 p.m., 29000 Midnight Sun - A resident complained about golf balls entering his property. He added that this was an ongoing complaint and he’d been promised that the golf course would monitor the situation. An officer noted signs on the golf course advising golfers about this issue. 9:19 p.m., 8600 Calvary - Advised of two persons dressed in black hanging around a house under construction, a responding officer could find nothing suspicious upon arrival at the scene. 11:54 p.m., 7200 Silver Spur - A Spring Branch resident told police he was run off the road by a gray Hummer. He said when he approached the man and told him he was calling 9-1-1 to report him about his driving, the Hummer driver punched him. When the responding officer did not observe any injury, the Spring Branch resident said it was a “drunk punch” and he was not hit very hard. He said he didn’t want to press charges, he just wanted the man in the Hummer off the road because he was a dangerous driver. The officer visited the home of the 26-year-old Hummer driver, who said the only thing he remembered was that some guy in another vehicle yelled at him and called him a name. Officer noted that the Hummer driver displayed signs of intoxication, including bloodshot eyes and slurred speech. MONDAY, NOV. 12 6:52 p.m., 7900 Fair Oaks Ranch Parkway - AMR responded to a call concerning a 55-year-old man with a possible heart attack. Air-Life transported the individual to TexSan Hospital. 11:53 p.m., 30000 Woodbine Way - A 35-year-old female, recently diagnosed with asthma, was having difficulty breathing. AMR transported her to St. Luke’s Hospital.
