78254 “Donuts” with morning paper Oct. 26, 11 p.m. 8800 block of Brigadoon A man came out to get the newspaper in the morning and noticed damage to his side yard. The damage was apparently caused by someone doing “donuts” on the yard. The grass was torn up and grooves made in the dirt where the vehicle spun its tires. 78253 Wal-Mart bandits apprehended Oct. 25, 8 p.m. 11200 block of Potranco Drive A loss prevention officer at Wal-Mart called police to report that he had observed two people take two V-Tech phones at $88 each and conceal them under pillows in a shopping cart, then went to another section of the store. The officer said the first suspect, a 33-year-old man, put the merchandise in his coat while a second suspect, a 23-year-old woman, looked out for him. Both exited the store without attempting to pay. The two were arrested. 78249 No treats for Hunting Arrow Oct. 26, between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. 12800 block of Hunting Arrow A woman reported that an unknown individual threw a pumpkin on the hood of her grey 2007 Dodge truck, causing a dent in the hood. The woman said repeated incidents have happened in the area, especially during the weekend. A patrol has been issued. 78250 Partier turns away 200 Oct. 27, 12 a.m. 7500 block of Rimhurst Police got called to shut down a party that got too loud. Police observed streets full of blocked cars for three blocks. Police saw more then 200 people leave the party, then gave the host a notice of liability form. 78238 Compass stolen at Sea Island Nov. 1, 1 p.m. 5900 block of NW Loop 410 A patron at Sea Island notified police that his 2005 dark blue Mazda was broken into at the passenger side window and a $200 GPS system was stolen.
