BOERNE

MONDAY, NOV. 12

2:30 p.m., 544mm E. Interstate 10 – A man was arrested for two traffic warrants and possession of marijuana, less than two ounces.

TUESDAY, NOV. 13

3:49 a.m., 800 Johns Road – Police pursued three or four suspicious men on foot through a neighborhood. A suspicious vehicle was found nearby, the engine running, and several stolen items from Boerne and Leon Springs residents. The suspects were not found.

6:45 to 8 a.m., Hampton Cove – several residents reported their vehicles burglarized over night. One car was stolen but found abandoned nearby.

7:30 p.m., 34500 W. Interstate 10 – A man sustained injuries including a laceration to the forehead after being assaulted by three other men.

9:32 p.m., 300 Hickman – A man was arrested for possession of a prohibited weapon.

FRIDAY, NOV. 16

9:08 a.m., 1000 Diamond – A construction field superintendent reported three microwaves stolen from an apartment complex under construction.

10:49 a.m., Highway 46 and Interstate 10 – After a caller reported a panhandler who might not have a permit, police contacted the man and determined he had a valid peddler’s permit from the City of Boerne.

6:27 p.m., 200 Yolanda – Vandals destroyed a resident’s mailbox.

SATURDAY, NOV. 17

12:03 p.m., 200 Azalea – Four black Labrador puppies were reported stolen.

11:05 p.m., 600 W. Bandera – Five juveniles were issued citations for minor consumption of alcohol.

SUNDAY, NOV. 18

6:24 p.m., 1300 S. Main – An irate drive-through restaurant customer threw a hamburger at a manager and was issued a criminal trespass warning after refusing to leave the restaurant.

2:47 a.m., 800 Adler – After a caller reported an intruder trying to enter the front door, police intercepted the intoxicated man and escorted him to his home next door.

MONDAY, NOV. 12

6:02 a.m., 800 FM1376, Sisterdale – EMS and Sisterdale volunteer firefighters attended to a man, 63, who fell and possibly injured his back, knee and hip.

8:33 a.m., 1000 S. Highway 16, Fredericksburg – A nurse at Hill Country Memorial Hospital reported a male, 18, had been assaulted somewhere in Comfort by his friend’s father.

8:56 a.m., 900 E. Highway 46, Bergheim – A red Chevy pick-up truck struck a fence near Valero.

8:59 a.m., 500 Altgelt, Comfort – A burn-ban violator was asked to extinguish a small brush fire.

1:04 p.m., 100 Spanish Pass Road, Boerne – A woman who believed her brother had committed a crime said she fears for her life.

4:16 p.m., 100 Lariat Drive, Boerne – EMS transported a man with a broken arm to Methodist Hospital.

5:15 p.m., 535mm E. Interstate 10, Boerne – A non-injury accident occurred between a Ford Ranger and a white Suburban.

6:19 p.m., 200 Walnut Grove Road, Boerne – Boerne firefighters responded to a report of a large fire where people were shooting guns all day long.

8:33 p.m., 600 Fifth St., Comfort – A man reported his ex-wife punched him in the face and left.

9:14 p.m., Apacheria Pass, Comfort – A known party reportedly broke into a complainant’s home.

TUESDAY, NOV. 13

2:49 a.m., 200 Ammann Road, Borne – EMS transported a man, 64, to Methodist Hospital after he suffered seizures.

7:41 a.m. 36000 W. Interstate 10, Boerne – A Toyota Camry was reported stolen.

8:53 a.m., 2500 FM473, Kendalia – A 90-year-old woman was reported deceased.

9:43 a.m., 500 Crabapple Road, Kendalia – EMS responded to a woman, 86, who had fallen Sunday and was semi-alert and weak.

3:36 p.m., 300 Augusta, Boerne – EMS transported a woman, 61, to North Central Baptist Hospital after a fall following shoulder surgery the previous day.

9:01 p.m., Shade Ranch Road, Kendalia – Authorities searched for a missing woman, 88, who was believed lost on foot. She was found deceased the following day.

10:15 p.m., Johns Road and Interstate 10, Boerne – After an arrest following a traffic stop, EMS attended to a 39-year-old man with chest pain before he was transported to jail.

WEDNESDAY, NOV. 14

4:15 p.m., 900 FM1376, Sisterdale – EMS attended to an elderly man who had fallen.

8:49 p.m., 100 Waring-Welfare Road, Waring – An upset resident complained of fireworks being shot off “this late at night” that woke him from a dead sleep.

THURSDAY, NOV. 15

12:47 a.m., 100 Emerald Hills, Boerne – A resident reported trespassers throwing salt onto the entrance to his property.

FRIDAY, NOV. 16

3:00 a.m., 100 Sky View Drive, Boerne – EMS responded to a report of a woman, 64, on the ground, semi-conscious and moaning. She was found diabetic, hypertensive and unconscious.

4:22 a.m., 500 Oak Ridge Drive, Boerne – EMS attended to a woman, 72, who had possibly suffered a heart attack.

5:14 a.m., 700 FM474, Boerne – Firefighters responded to a house fire that had engulfed an entire story of a home.

FAIR OAKS RANCH

MONDAY, NOV. 12

9:40 a.m., 7200 Dietz Elkhorn - The arrest of a Fair Oaks Ranch man for theft remained a mystery after his wife called the police and told them her husband applied for a job and was told he’d been arrested in April 2004. He stated he was unaware of the arrest and an officer could not find any record of it in the system. The couple was advised to contact the district attorney’s office.

6:53 p.m., 30000 Cantor Circle - A resident said he’d heard a crashing sound inside his house and asked police to investigate. They found no one inside the home.

7:20 p.m., 7900 Fair Oaks Parkway - An officer assisted with a male subject who had a heart attack. AirLife was in the process of transporting him.

TUESDAY, NOV. 13

2:11 a.m., 8700 Dew Ridge - The fire and police departments responded to a call concerning a 57-year-old woman with leg pain, who refused transport.

8:45 a.m., 7200 Dietz Elkhorn - A high school was notified of a student’s wallet found in a bank parking lot.

WEDNESDAY, NOV. 14

9:19 a.m., 30000 N. Ralph Fair - Cable and telephone companies were contacted about a dangling cable from a power line.

5:39 p.m., 31000 Keeneland - A residence was fingerprinted after the homeowner discovered pry marks on his patio door. The responding officer also noticed tool marks caused by someone who had attempted to gain entry.

THURSDAY, NOV. 15

11:50 a.m., 7600 Fair Oaks Parkway - A city maintenance worker detected $1,000 damage to a drainage rail. It’s uncertain who hit it or when the damage was done.

1:18 p.m., 29000 Mellow Wind - Two officers made the scene to referee two irate drivers. One driver, 50, stated the other driver was following too closely, then stopped when he stopped at his destination. The other driver, 52, said he stopped because he thought the other man wanted to fight him.

1:06 p.m., 8900 Rolling Acres Trail - A resident was advised of a city ordinance concerning burning brush.

FRIDAY, NOV. 16

2:29 p.m., 7200 Dietz Elkhorn - A resident asked an officer to drive him to the hospital at the rate of $25 an hour. The officer told him he couldn’t do that and advised him to call AMR.
