SUNDAY, Dec. 9

9:25 a.m., 100 Park Place – Sparks were emanating from a power line, and the Boerne Fire Department trimmed tree branches to prevent a fire.

MONDAY, Dec. 10

8:19 a.m., 37500 Interstate 10 – An unknown vehicle struck a metal gate at Northrup Park, causing an estimated $500 in damage.

5:51 p.m., Cascade Caverns – A middle school student reported overhearing another student discussing a “list” of students and his “gun.”

WEDNESDAY, Dec. 12

12:40 a.m., 1100 Grand – A 92-year-old woman died in hospice care.

9:02 a.m., 200 S. Main – A retailer discovered a glass door shattered but no items stolen from the store.

5:51 p.m., 100 W. Theissen – A 58-year-old man was reported missing. He was last seen Dec. 11 in Kerrville.

10:40 p.m., 400 W. Wanda – A man was arrested for public intoxication.

THURSDAY, Dec. 13

9:35 p.m., 400 N. Plant – A man was arrested for assault family violence and a warrant for speeding.

FRIDAY, Dec. 14

9:02 a.m., 1200 N. Main – A 20-year-old woman fell, hit her head and may have started seizing. She was transported to St. Luke’s Baptist Hospital.

4:26 p.m., 200 N. Main – A group of rowdy teenagers were causing a disturbance in a library. Police advised the group not act up in the library anymore.

4:54 p.m., 1300 S. Main – A man was arrested for public intoxication.

SATURDAY, Dec. 15

1:20 a.m., 300 S. Main – Police conducted a traffic stop and arrested the driver for possession of marijuana (less than two ounces) and a warrant for driving with an invalid license.

11:08 a.m. 1300 S. Main –Police contacted two women shopping in the store who were renting the car and had left the keys in it while it was in the parking lot. Police also found a man who had moved the car, the renters determined, “to teach the owners a lesson.” Police advised the man that there are better ways to teach someone a lesson that do not involve a felony.

11:56 a.m., 100 Pecan – A man was arrested for driving with an invalid license.

SUNDAY, Dec. 16

12:37 a.m., 1300 S. Main – A man was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

3:46 p.m., 1300 S. Main – An adult male and female were detained for shoplifting. The female subject was released to her parents. The male subject was cited for minor possession of tobacco and drug paraphernalia and arrested for possession of marijuana (less than two ounces).

MONDAY, DEC. 10

7:04 a.m., 300 FM 1376, Boerne – A vehicle was found upside down after it had run over a fence.

7:42 a.m., 523mm W. Interstate 10, Comfort – A driver involved in a rollover accident declined the attentions of EMS.

1:06 p.m., 100 N. FM3351, Bergheim – A burn ban violation was reported.

3:57 p.m., 42900 W. Interstate 10, Boerne – Theft of services was reported.

5:53 p.m., 300 FM3351, Bergheim – EMS examined a van driver involved in a rollover accident.

7:14 p.m., Doeskin Drive, Boerne – Firefighters responded to an apartment oven fire.

10:49 p.m., 100 Rusty Lane, Boerne – In a family disturbance call, a woman reported her husband hit her face, giving her a split lip, while he reported his wife has Alzheimer’s disease.

TUESDAY, DEC. 11

1:53 a.m., 100 Coterie Place, Boerne – EMS transported a woman, 75, to Methodist Hospital after she reported chest pain.

8:37 a.m., 100 Savannah Jon, Boerne – EMS transported a woman, 92, to Methodist Hospital after she took another patient’s Wellbutrin.

9:24 a.m., 200 FM1376, Boerne – EMS examined a woman, 34, with shoulder and hand pain after her car collided with a deer.

10:46 a.m., 100 Wild cherry Lane, Boerne – EMS responded to an elderly woman with breathing difficulty.

1:32 p.m., 2300 FM1376, Sisterdale – A woman who was trapped in her vehicle after a rollover accident was rescued and transported by AirLife to University Hospital.

2:44 p.m., 1000 FM473, Sisterdale – EMS attended to a woman, 48, who had taken four to six Lexatin pills, but she signed a refusal for transport.

WEDNESDAY, DEC. 12

12:01 a.m., 100 Coterie Place, Boerne – EMS responded to a report of a woman, 90, who was vomiting.

10:42 a.m., 200 E. San Antonio, Boerne – Officers arrested a man, 24, for a misdemeanor.

1:12 p.m., 600 Faltin St., Comfort – EMS transported a woman, 82, to Hill Country Memorial Hospital after she was reported unresponsive, cold and clammy.

2:12 p.m., 300 Ammann Road, Boerne – After a Toyota ran through a fence, it was reported traveling on toward Boerne.

2:59 p.m., 200 E. San Antonio, Boerne – A man was arrested for a misdemeanor.

6:14 p.m., 200 Live Oak Pass, Boerne – A man reported his wife, 45, and son, 2, were last seen the previous day when he left for work.

8:35 p.m., 700 Water St., Comfort – After a woman reported her son, 25, was causing a verbal disturbance and had been drinking, an officer gave him a ride to another location.

8:38 p.m., 500 Waring-Welfare Road, Waring – A resident reported underage drinking in a garage, where one female appeared highly intoxicated.

THURSDAY, DEC. 13

8:11 a.m., 100 River Ranch Road, Boerne – A resident reported her golden retriever repeatedly goes down the road to a house where a man slaughtering goats throws the limbs outside.

11:32 a.m., 200 Broadway, Comfort – EMS transported an elderly man to Methodist Hospital after he was reported weak and in pain after a possibly fall.

4:57 p.m., 534mm W. Interstate 10, Boerne – A controlled burn was emanating smoke.

FRIDAY, DEC. 14

12:58 p.m., FM289, Comfort – The theft of services was reported.

5:32 p.m., 100 S. Wagon Wheel, Boerne – EMS attended to a woman, 82, who had fallen.

5:16 p.m., 100 Alta Drive, Boerne – The door of a home was reported kicked in.

8:13 p.m., 300 Los Indios Ranch Road, Boerne – A female, 19, left her home with her boyfriend after a family disturbance with her father.

8:52 p.m., 200 August lane, Boerne – EMS attended to a woman, 39, with back pain.

2:38 a.m., 7000 Ranger Creek Road, Boerne – An unknown subject attempted to drive through a gate.

4:38 a.m., 800 E. Highway 46, Boerne – A vehicle struck a fence.

6:05 a.m., 100 Scenic View, Boerne – EMS attended to a woman, 44, with stomach pains.

6:07 p.m., 200 Mulberry Lane, Boerne – EMS transported a woman, 60, to Methodist Hospital after she became confused.

9:25 p.m., 100 Clear Sky, Boerne – A vehicle struck a trailer.

3:20 a.m., 540mm E. Interstate 10, Boerne – A woman, 64, was arrested for driving while intoxicated after she was reported driving eastbound in the westbound lanes.

6:35 a.m., 36000 E. Interstate 10, Boerne – A white Cobalt was involved in a minor accident.

6:39 a.m., 300 Ammann Road, Boerne – A gate was reported damaged.

7:04 a.m., 200 Ammann Road, Boerne – Another gate was reported damaged.

2:33 p.m., 3100- W. Interstate 10, Boerne – A commercial establishment reported a man refused to leave.

2:51 p.m., 100 River Bend, Comfort – EMS attended to a man, 71, with chest pain.

10:20 p.m., 100 Shade Tree, Boerne – EMS attended to a highly intoxicated man, 27, with possible alcohol poisoning.

6:03 p.m., 28000 Ruffian - An officer assisted AMR with a woman, 79, who had passed out.

5:56 p.m., 400 Amman - A motorist, 30, ran into a fence.

WEDNESDAY, DEC. 12

4:34 a.m., 29000 Summit Ridge - A woman with trouble breathing was transported to North Central Baptist Hospital.

THURSDAY, DEC. 13

11:27 a.m., 300 Amman - A man, 20, was cited for driving at a speed too fast for conditions after he and another vehicle collided at an intersection. There were no injuries and no tow trucks were required.

3:50 p.m., 7200 Dietz Elkhorn - An plumbing company employee, stopped for speeding, was taken to jail when the officer found he was driving on a suspended license.

3:51 p.m., 8500 Raintree Woods - A resident in the process of moving discovered items missing from her home, including a flat-screen monitor worth $250, two bags of luggage valued at $100 and a bag of camera equipment worth $5,000. The homeowner told police she'd invited a moving company, a contractor and sub-contractors into her home and noticed the items missing the week before Thanksgiving.

4:30 p.m., 29000 Terra Vista - A woman told police a former employee stole her identity "to commit thefts and fraudulent crimes." An officer walked her through an identity theft guide and offered assistance to her and other agencies.

SATURDAY, DEC. 15

3:54 p.m., 29000 Grand Coteau - A 53-year-old woman with a bad headache was transported by AMR to Methodist Hospital.

9 p.m., 30000 Fairway Ash - An ill woman, 78, was transported to Methodist Main Hospital by AMR.

SUNDAY, DEC. 16

3:32 p.m., 8000 Keeneland - An officer discovered damage to light fixtures at the entrance of Deer Meadow. One of the light fixtures had been struck so hard it had been completely removed from its base and the stone pillar.

9:58 a.m., 8000 Flagstone Hill - A resident outside retrieving a newspaper noticed that lighting, including that on gate post, was broken.

10:28 a.m., 31000 Wild Oak Hill - A resident advised police that three light fixtures on his entrance gate had been smashed by unknown vandals.

10:53 a.m., 7200 Silver Spur Trail - Lighting fixtures, valued at $300 to $400, were broken at a residence.

10:53 a.m., 7200 Silver Spur - Solar light fixtures worth around $100 were destroyed at a residence.

1:29 p.m., 7300 Rolling Acres Trail - A resident told police light fixtures were destroyed during the night without a sound.

3:04 p.m., 30000 Venturer - Another resident advised police that he, too, was a victim of the vandals, who were smashing light fixtures in the area.
