MONDAY, DEC. 24

11:30 a.m., 300 Seewald – The Boerne Fire Department extinguished a grass fire that started when a resident dumped ashes from his fireplace in his yard.

10:51 p.m., 300 Chaparral – A man was arrested for assault family violence after an alleged physical altercation.

WEDNESDAY, DEC. 26

5:47 p.m., 200 Katie Court – The Boerne Fire Department extinguished a burning tree house. The tree house was destroyed by the fire.

THURSDAY, DEC. 20

12:18 p.m., 300 Upper Cibolo Creek Road, Boerne – A resident reported that teens in a silver Dodge four-door pick-up drove up on his property and fired shots at his dog.

12:45 p.m., 800 Waring-Welfare Road, Waring – A resident reported mail tampering.

1:39 p.m., 300 Mountain Springs Drive, Boerne – Phone harassment was reported.

1:53 p.m., 100 Privilege Pass, Boerne – A woman was arrested on a felony.

1:55 p.m., N. Highway 87, Comfort – A minor accident occurred in the McDonald's parking lot.

5:47 p.m., 100 Mark Twain Drive, Boerne – A resident reported occupants of a black Mustang trespassing and poaching.

8:02 p.m., 42700 W. Interstate 10, Boerne – EMS transported a 14-month-old infant with asthma, fever and vomiting to Methodist Children's Hospital.

11:28 p.m., 200 S. FM3351, Bergheim – A man was arrested after a traffic stop.

FRIDAY, DEC. 21

5:58 a.m., 600 Faltin St. Comfort – EMS transported an elderly woman with a possible stroke to Hill Country Memorial Hospital.

1:53 p.m., Skyland Drive, Boerne – A grass fire in the Diamond Ridge area, reported by landscapers, was ultimately controlled with a garden hose.

6:16 p.m., 31100 W. Interstate 10, Boerne – A female, 21, reported she was assaulted the previous evening by the establishment's owner.

9:25 p.m., 2500 FM473, Kendalia – EMS transported a 30-year-old diabetic man with heart complications to an unnamed hospital after University Hospital was found to be on trauma diversion.

SATURDAY, DEC. 22

1:06 a.m., 535mm W. Interstate 10, Boerne – A Fredericksburg man whose face had hit his vehicle's dashboard when the vehicle wrecked, was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

7:06 a.m., 840 E. Adler, Boerne – A man was arrested on felony charges.

10:13 a.m., 100 Savannah Jon Blvd., Boerne – EMS attended to a man, 60, with a severe leg infection and a swollen foot.

7:42 p.m., 100 Ammann Road, Boerne – EMS attended to a woman, 74, with chest pain.

8:29 p.m., Ranger Creek, Boerne – EMS attended to a woman, 49, who had passed out and stopped breathing until CPR was administered.

11:06 p.m., Zoeller Lane, Waring – A resident reported his son, 40, received delivery of cocaine from a Comfort man.

SUNDAY, DEC. 23

1:34 a.m., 1200 FM1376, Sisterdale – The owner of a bar reported her husband was assaulted by an intoxicated man who drove away in a white Explorer.

9:08 a.m., 37300 E. Interstate 10, Boerne – A burn ban violation was reported.

4:42 p.m., 11:00 S. Highway 87, Comfort – The driver of a swerving white pickup was arrested after marijuana was found in his pocket.

6:19 p.m., Foster Road, Boerne – A grass fire led to the arrest of a man on a Bexar County warrant.

6:42 p.m., 100 Bluebonnet Drive, Boerne – Fireworks, which are a violation of an areawide burn ban, were reported coming from Cascade Mobile Village.

8:39 p.m., 100 Idlewilde Blvd., Comfort – After a pregnant woman, 19, was reported assaulted by her husband, 23, the man was taken into custody.

MONDAY, DEC. 24

9:02 a.m., 300 Third St., Comfort – A resident reported her vehicle's right rear window broken overnight.

10:33 a.m., 2900 FM473, Kendalia – Kendall County Commissioner Darrel Lux reported someone broke into a residence, stole some very old medications and trashed the place.

12:59 p.m., 100 Clear Sky, Boerne – A family disturbance was reported in which a man said a woman spit at him, hit him and pulled his hair – and had not been drinking.

3:37 p.m., 400 FM474, Boerne – EMS performed an assessment of a rollover accident victim after he was extracted by firefighters using the Hurst tool (Jaws of Life).

8:58 p.m., 400 Fourth St., Comfort – EMS transported a vomiting diabetic man, 80, to Sid Peterson Memorial Hospital.

TUESDAY, DEC. 25

12:06 a.m., 100 S. Wagon Wheel Drive, Boerne – Firecrackers, a violation of an areawide burn ban, were reported at Cascade Mobile Village.

7:08 p.m., 400 N. Highway 87, Comfort – After a caller reported a black Dodge pickup was reported swerving all over the road, a second caller struck her vehicle. An air evacuation was performed.

WEDNESDAY, DEC. 26

12:16 a.m., 700 Fifth St., Comfort – EMS transported a woman, 90, to Sid Peterson Memorial Hospital with a possible stroke.

FAIR OAKS RANCH

WEDNESDAY, DEC. 19

8:00 a.m., 7600 Fair Oaks Parkway – A resident, who heard a loud crash at 4:15 a.m. but went back to sleep, said he woke up to find his mailbox severely damaged. A second mailbox belonged to a neighbor. A passenger’s side mirror, a piece of running board and a piece of plastic from an unknown vehicle were left at the scene and were logged into evidence.

12:00 p.m., 8300 Fair Oaks Parkway – Responding to a report of a rollover accident, an officer found the vehicle on its roof with severe damage. The driver of the borrowed vehicle said he swerved to avoid hitting a deer and struck a cement culvert, which caused the rollover. AMR transported the driver, who said his head hurt, to Methodist Hospital.

11:26 p.m., 30600 Ralph Fair Road – After a traffic stop of a Silver Honda Accord for speeding, an officer determined one of the passengers, 21, was wanted in Bexar County for a robbery probation revocation and arrested him. The driver was issued a citation for expired vehicle registration.

FRIDAY, DEC. 21

5:20 p.m., 7800 Fair Oaks Parkway – An officer contacted a resident regarding an assault because a vehicle belonging to a family member of a party to the assault was parked in the area. The officer found the vehicle unoccupied and told the resident to contact the police if he had further contact with the family.

SATURDAY, DEC. 22

11:37 p.m., 8700 Deer Leap Circle – A resident reported a home burglarized.

MONDAY, DEC. 24

11:10 a.m., 29300 Raintree Ridge – A resident reported that his neighbor’s house may have been burglarized while the neighbor was out of town. The reporting resident said his 13-year-old daughter, who fed the neighbor’s cats while they were away, found shattered glass from the back door on the ground.

6:22 p.m., 7500 Sweetwind Circle – A 15-year-old male reported he tripped in an upstairs hallway and fell into his mother, who then fell backward and hit her head on the floor. An officer responding to the scene asked the woman her name and birthday, but she was unable to answer. AMR arrived on the scene, but the woman refused transport. Her children were advised to look for signs of problems and told to call 9-1-1 immediately if any of the signs appeared.
