Monday, Jan. 7

11:25 a.m., 100 block of Agarita Court, Boerne – A man reported receiving harassing phone calls.

4:02 p.m., 400 block Waring-Welfare Road – People were reported popping fireworks, but the responding deputy was unable to locate them.

9:29 p.m., 300 block Sparkling Springs Drive, Boerne – A woman threatened suicide. Family members transported her to a hospital.

Tuesday, Jan. 8

3:29 a.m., 100 block of Trophy Drive, Bergheim – Caller said a guest had been drinking and refused to leave. A responding deputy was told the guest had left in an unknown direction in an unknown vehicle.

12:04 p.m., MM523, Interstate 10 – An elderly man was confused and needed assistance getting to Comfort. Family members were called.

3:36 p.m., MM545, Interstate 10 – A caller reported a vehicle speeding and tailgating.

4:23 p.m., MM542, Interstate 10 – A caller reported a vehicle pulling a trailer had rolled over. Fire department and EMS responded to the scene for a possible head injury.

6:12 p.m., 10000 block Johns Road, Boerne – A man was thrown from a horse. EMS transported him to a hospital.

6:21 p.m., 100 block Old San Antonio Road, Boerne – A woman attempting to vacate her residence found the property’s gates locked and possessions thrown around.

Wednesday, Jan. 9

9:56 a.m., 100 block Red Bird Court, Boerne – Three men in a vehicle were reported going door to door, but a deputy was unable to locate them.

1:32 p.m., 200 block of FM1376 – A building was reported engulfed in flames. A structure, 40 feet by 40 feet, was destroyed. The blaze is being investigated by the county fire marshal.

2:21 p.m., 100 block Rodalyn Drive, Bergheim – A man was burning brush in violation of the countywide burn ban.

5:09 p.m., 100 block Green Cedar, Boerne – A caller reported flames that were determined to be coming from burning trash.

4:26 p.m., 400 block FM 474 – A caller reported a reckless driver he said almost crashed into oncoming vehicles and followed the man into his driveway. A responding deputy found no evidence of driving or drinking, but arrested the caller on an outstanding felony warrant.

Friday, Jan. 11

1:59 a.m., Zoeller Lane, Waring – A caller said neighbors shot a whitetail deer by spotlight and have it hanging from a tree. A game warden was notified.

1:02 p.m., Interstate 10 and Scenic Loop Road – A construction crew accidentally started a grass fire while using construction tools. They had extinguished the blaze by the time Boerne volunteer firefighters arrived.

Tuesday, Jan. 8

10:30 a.m., 8300 Paddock – A resident reported that an unknown actor entered her car and to steal the headrest video monitors.

4:53 p.m., FOR Police – A caller reported that her credit card had recently been used outside of Texas to make over $800 in unauthorized purchases.

Thursday, Jan. 10

3:14 p.m., FOR Police – Several street signs were reported stolen in Fair Oaks Ranch neighborhoods.

Boerne

Monday, Jan. 7

2:40 p.m., 100 First – A man reported that he gave $900 to two unidentified men, who said they were from South Africa, with the understanding that they would go to the bank and return with a check. The men took his money and never returned.

3:21 p.m., 1200 S. Main – A man was arrested for public intoxication.

5:37 p.m., 100 Crosspoint – A 92 year-old woman was feeling short of breath and was transmitted to a hospital.

6:45 p.m., 200 Lohmann – Police responded to reports of fireworks in the area. They located two juvenile females and one juvenile male in front of Fabra Elementary School. Police issued criminal trespass warnings to the juveniles but found no fireworks.

Tuesday, Jan. 8

11:05 a.m., 1400 E. Blanco – A woman was arrested on a warrant for abandoning/ endangering a child.

Wednesday, Jan. 9

7:15 p.m., 400 W. Bandera – Police arrested a male driver on two warrants for minor DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Thursday, Jan. 10

9:04 p.m., 544MM E. Interstate 10 – a man was arrested on a warrant for parking in a handicap zone.

Friday, Jan. 11

5:13 p.m., 1000 Diamond – A resident reported that unknown actors had marked property with spray paint and cut a fence.

5:16 p.m., Main Plaza – Six skateboarders were issued warnings for skating where prohibited.

5:31 p.m., 1000 Grand – A 96 year-old female was transported to a hospital after suffering a possible stroke.

Saturday, Jan. 12

8:20 a.m., 100 Cibolo – A resident’s vehicle was burglarized during the previous night.

2:52 p.m., 400 W. Bandera – two juvenile males were issued citations for minor possession of alcohol.
