Friday, Jan. 11

10:50 a.m., 100 block Valley View Trail, Comfort – A caller said her neighbor’s dogs were romping in her koi pond, but the dogs’ owner said the animals are free-spirited and disavowed any responsibility for her pets.

9:05 p.m., 200 block FM474 – A man called 911 to request immediate assistance for half a dozen UFOs above his residence. Two responding deputies observed an ordinary airplane.

Saturday, Jan. 12

Hilltop Loop, Boerne – A mailbox and gate were reported damaged.

Sunday, Jan. 13

3:29 p.m., 400 block Broadway, Comfort – A 3-year-old child was bitten by a dog and the caller wanted the dog picked up. Family members transported the victim to a hospital.

Monday, Jan. 14

4:46 p.m., North Front Street, Waring - - A caller wanted to report some turkeys that attack his granddaughter when she gets off the school bus.

Wednesday, Jan. 16

7:43 p.m., 100 block FM1376 – A 90-year-old man stood up and interrupted the pastor during his sermon. The pastor later had a meeting with the disruptive parishioner and wanted law enforcement to make a note of the incident.

Friday, Jan. 11

7:51 p.m., 29200 No le Hace – A man was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

Wednesday, Jan. 16

11:19 a.m., 29600 Ralph Fair Road – Police stopped a vehicle for a burned-out license plate light. The male driver was cited for having no driver’s license or insurance and was given a written warning for no license plate light. Police then discovered that the man had four previous outstanding warrants for failure to appear in court, speeding and driving without a license and arrested him.

6:30 p.m., 7900 Triple Crown – A home builder reported a table saw stolen from a house that is under construction.

Tuesday, Jan. 15

4:56 p.m., Johns/ School – A male was arrested for failure to identify and cited for minor possession of tobacco.

Thursday, Jan. 17

9:22 p.m., 100 Crosspoint – Police arrested a man for possession of marijuana, driving with an invalid license and possession of a controlled substance.

Friday, Jan. 18

9:42 p.m., 100 Bethany – Several individuals were selling goods door-to-door in a neighborhood. Police informed the salespersons of the permit requirement and asked them to leave.

Saturday, Jan. 19

2:13 p.m., 600 River – A man was arrested on a warrant for theft.

8:23 p.m., 200 Ivy – Police contacted salespersons who had returned from the previous night. One salesman was identified and arrested on an active warrant in Alabama for possession of cocaine.

Sunday, Jan. 20

2:30 a.m., 543mm Interstate 10 E. – A woman was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
