Member of the Year Chicki Stehle (Chicki’s Coffee Shop) with Larry Finkel. Special to the Bulverde News The Bulverde-Spring Branch Area Chamber of Commerce is busy with plans for 2008. “This will be an exciting year,” said Rhonda Zunker, newly elected president. “We have several new ideas that will benefit you and your business in 2008.” The chamber’s monthly lunch and learn programs will continue with presentations of interest to businesses in the local community. The first new idea is the addition of “three-minute commercials.” Each month, three members will be selected to present a three-minute commercial about their business prior to the main presentation. The first presenters at the January lunch and learn included new and long time members. Work on the annual Bulverde-Spring Branch Area Chamber of Commerce Direc-tory has begun.
