Most everyone knows that financing a college education can seem like an impossibility with the ever-increasing cost of tuition and fees. There’s no reason for anyone to say they can’t afford college with the various financial options available these days.

It’s important to remember that planning for college should start early in your student’s life.

To assist parents and students with funding a higher education, Central Library will offer “Financial Aid Applications for Free College Money,” Saturday, from 2 to 3:30 p.m.

The program is free. Class size is limited to 60 individuals. Registration is available online at www.sanantonio. gov/library or by calling 207-2500.

Central Library is located at 600 Soledad. One hour of free parking is available in the library garage with a validated ticket.
