Registered voters wait outside Cambridge Elementary School March 4 to begin the caucus for Precincts 3020, 3025 and 3026. Bexar County had an unprecedented 23 percent voter turnout last week for the Democratic Party and 8 percent for the Republican Party with all 623 precincts reporting in the primary elections. Cambridge was one of many voting locations across the city. In a caucus, voters cast their votes to determine the delegates per precinct. Precinct 3020 garnered 10 delegates for Sen. Hillary Clinton and 16 for Sen. Barack Obama, based on the percentage of voters at that evening’s caucus. Photo by Mary Candee
