Ismael Peña, a fifth grade student at Palo Alto Elementary School, recently won the Fiesta River Parade Art Contest. Peña beat out students from across the city. With the victory, Peña becomes the “Honorary Grand Marshal” of the Fiesta River Parade. He will get to travel on the float and his artwork will be on the cover of the River Parade Program.
