San Antonio, TX – The International Trade Center, Free Trade Alliance and UTSA COB Liu’s Family Foundation will launch the first Business China Executive Training Program (BCETP) in San Antonio, Texas throughout March and April, 2008. Based on the Certified Global Business Professional credential, the BCETP consists of four modules designed to deliver real-world knowledge and first-hand experience from industry experts on how to do business in the People’s Republic of China.

Due to China’s booming economy and extensive business opportunities, the BCETP concentrates on delivering hands-on and practical information that will help you enter the Chinese market, while reducing risk and becoming more profitable.

Modern Business Management in the PRC, Module I on March 25, will begin by highlighting the fundamentals of doing business with China followed by a traditional Chinese lunch that will teach you the essentials of Chinese dinning etiquette. The afternoon session includes an extensive overview on product sourcing from China and a simulation case study that will give you the opportunity to interact with Chinese professionals from the UTSA COB Liu’s Family Foundation and get a real feeling of Chinese business culture.

The BCETP will be held at the Southwest Room, UTSA Downtown Campus starting on March 25, and continuing on April 1, 8, and 15. For more information on the event, please contact the International Trade Center at (210) 458-2470 or visit our website at www.globalbusinessprofessional.org.
