Sunday, March 9

4:35 p.m., Main/ Rosewood – A woman was arrested for unauthorized use of a vehicle and possession of marijuana.

5:25 p.m., 600 W. Bandera – An intoxicated man was arrested for his own safety and later charged with public intoxication and failure to identify.

5:59 p.m., 545mm Interstate 10 – Police stopped a suspicious vehicle and cited the male driver for driving with an open container of beer. The female passenger was charged with possession of marijuana.

Monday, March 10

2:46 p.m., 800 River – Police arrested a woman on a Boerne municipal warrant.

4:29 p.m., Hwy 46/ Interstate 10 – Police found a stolen vehicle and arrested the man who stole it.

6:20 p.m., 542 MM Interstate 10 – Police arrested a male driver on two warrants and arrested the male passenger for possession of marijuana.

7:32 p.m., 100 Lake Front – Boerne firefighters secured a house that had caught fire after being struck by lighting. The homeowner had already put out a small fire on the room when fire fighters arrived.

Tuesday, March 11

10:07 a.m., 1300 River – Two men were caught stealing scrap metal from the Kendall County Fairgrounds. Representatives from the Fair Grounds Association did not press charges but agreed to be reimbursed by the thieves for past stolen metal. The men were issued criminal trespass warnings.

11:47 a.m., 1300 S. Main – Police issued a warning to a panhandler for soliciting without a permit.

Wednesday, March 12

6:47 p.m., 100 Highland – Police stopped a vehicle and arrested the male driver on a warrant for multiple thefts. The female passenger was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and minor in possession of tobacco.

Thursday, March 13

2:00 p.m., 1000 E. Blanco – A man was arrested for criminal trespass on school property.

Friday, March 14

12:58 a.m., Adler/ Staudt – A man was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

2:02 p.m., 400 W. Bandera – A man was arrested on four Kendall County warrants.

11:35 p.m., 400 W. Bandera – A woman was reported to be standing near the road, shouting profanities at passing cars. Police determined that the woman was homeless and had several warrants for arrest but took her to a hospital due to her medical condition.

Saturday, March 15

12:09 a.m., 800 Johns – Police arrested a male driver on a Galveston County warrant.

2:45 p.m., 540 MM Interstate 10 – A transient man was issued a warning for soliciting without a permit.

Sunday, March 16

1:03 a.m., City Lake – Police compelled campers to extinguish campfires due to the county burn ban.

8:15 p.m., Plant/ Rosewood – A man was arrested for speeding and possession of marijuana.

Monday, March 17

8:41 a.m., 600 N. Main – A caller reported that an unknown pranksters rang his mother’s doorbell at several times during the previous night.

10:58 a.m., 400 S. Main – Unknown burglars stole items from a vehicle and from a building that is under construction.

5:07 p.m., 200 Lohmann – A woman was arrested on a warrant for theft by check.

9:38 p.m., 200 Hickman – A woman was arrested on a warrant for abandoning a child.

Tuesday, March 18

12:18 a.m., 700 N. Main – EMS treated a two year-old child who was having trouble breathing.

7:25 a.m., 400 W. Bandera – A man was issued a criminal trespass warning after becoming belligerent with a restaurant manager because the restaurant does not serve mashed potatoes in the morning.

2:37 p.m., 100 Fair Springs – EMS treated a man who fell from a 15-foot ladder.

Wednesday, March 19

6:09 p.m., 100 River – Police arrested a man on a Kendall County warrant for burglary of a building.

Wednesday, March 20

7:11 p.m., 100 W. Blanco – Police issued criminal trespass warnings to several juvenile males for skateboarding in a retail parking lot.
