The annual spring craft show, bake sale and rummage sale will be April 19 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Exhibitors have reserved all the inside spaces, but there are several outside spaces available for $25.  With only two weeks until the show, you will need to reserve an outside space now, so as not to be left out.

There will be a variety of crafts on the inside, such as all kinds of jewelry, bird houses, scrap books, various wood crafts, quilts and hand bags, homemade pickles, okra, and jellies, vests, handmade children’s clothing and many more great items.

Our bake sale is always a big part of these events. Many people contribute homemade goodies; we do appreciate it.  We will have a variety of pies, cakes, cookies, candies and jellies.

The craft show is one of our big fundraisers.

Besides the crafts and bake sale items, we have a rummage sale with slightly used and in good condition items that you don’t want or need, or something new given to you as gift which we cannot use.  So take a look at the rummage sale and you just might find a jewel.

All this shopping and looking will likely bring hunger pangs. We will be offering hot dogs, corn dogs, barbecue sandwiches, chips, and sodas for sale.

Thanks to Buck and Ozzie’s restaurant on Highway 46 for supplying the barbecue for the sandwiches. We appreciate it.

Margie Loesch, along with the whiz bang helper ladies on the committee have beenworking on this worth while event worth doing and doing very, very well.

Thanks to all of you.
