Dellcrest Forrest Neighborhood Association’s “Yard of the Month” for May is the home of Evangeline Hernandez in the 4300 block of Shiloh Street. Hernandez lost her husband last year, but still maintains the yard and home. It has good curb appeal and a distinctive look.
