Ethan Hays, a seventh grader at Heritage Middle School in the East Central ISD, will represent the school at the Junior National Young Leaders Conference in Washington, D.C. Hays will spend six days attending leadership workshops and seeing sights such as Harpers Ferry, the White House, Independence Hall in Philadelphia, the Capitol and an overnight at the Maryland Science Museum.
