LIVE OAK — Registration dates and times are set for students new to the Judson School District. All new pre-kindergarten through 12th-grade students who have not pre-registered may do so on Aug. 7 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the student’s home campus. School attendance zones can be obtained by calling 945-5200. New student registration will be offered again Aug. 11-14 by appointment only. Parents/guardians registering students must provide the following: proof of residency, birth certificate, Social Security card, medically-validated up-to-date immunization records, most recent report card, and names, addresses, and phone numbers of family physician and other emergency contacts. Proof of vaccination for the Hepatitis A virus is required. For the 2008-2009 school year, pre-kindergarten classes will be offered at Converse, Park Village, Candlewood, Hopkins, Elolf, Franz, Coro-nado Village, Miller’s Point, Paschall, and Salinas elementary schools. Pre-kindergarten eligibility requirements and registration information is available at these campuses. Parents may contact one of the following schools or the Student Placement Center at 945-1126 to obtain eligibility requirements and registration information for enrollment in English as a Second Language classes. Elementary ESL students will attend either Elolf or Paschall elementaries (Coro-nado Village and Park Village for Pre-K ESL).
