The Schertz-Cibolo-Univer-sal City ISD will hold back-to-school registration for pre-kindergarten, elementary and intermediate school students July 30-31.

Registration for pre-kindergarten and special needs students will be July 30 from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the new Wiederstein Elementary School at 171 Borgfeld Road; kindergarten-fourth grade, July 31 from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. at each of the district’s elementary schools; and fifth and sixth grades, July 31 from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Jordan and Wilder intermediate schools.

Registration for kindergarten-fourth grade and fifth and sixth grades will also be held Aug. 2 from 9 a.m to noon at the same elementary and intermediate school campuses.

When registering their children, parents must bring a picture ID of themselves such as a driver’s license or military ID card and current proof of residence, which can be verified with a gas, water or electric bill.

Parents whose children are new to the district will need to bring shot records and a birth certificate. Parents can bring a Social Security card, which is optional.
