The countdown has begun to the biggest party in San Antonio, with seats for the three major Fiesta parades now on sale.

“Many people wait until March or April to call about bleacher seats or street chairs for the three big parades,” said Chuck Blische, executive director of the Fiesta San Antonio Commission. “But several organizations with tickets are accepting orders now, and others will start selling them in early February.”

To find seats along the 2.6-mile street parade route, start your search at the Web site for the Fiesta San Antonio Commission at www.fiesta-sa.org. The site has an interactive map of the street parade route with listing for more than 100 nonprofit organizations selling street chairs, including contact name and phone number.
