Troy F. Jones

He is survived by his loving wife, Betty; daughter, Tammi; sons Troy Jr. and his wife, Shelia, and Don and his wife, Janet; daughter-in-law Fran; grandchildren, Shannon Troy III, Austin, Sean and Dave; great-grandchildren, Nicole and Steven; many nieces and nephews who will miss him dearly.

He proudly served his country in the Navy during WWII. He spent 55 years in the printing ink business in the San Francisco Bay area as vice president and branch manager.

After retiring, he moved to Texas to be with his children and grandchildren. He loved working with wood and also enjoyed landscaping.

Cremation was handled by Vaughan’s Funeral Home.

A celebration of his life will be held at the home of his son and daughter-in-law, Troy Jr. and Shelia, on Saturday from 2 to 6 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Dr. R. Dahija, Baptist Cancer Center, 215 E. Quincy, San Antonio, Texas, in memory of Troy F. Jones.
